Unable to contact support
I am suddenly unable to login and I am unable to contact Saltedge. I have emailed (it bounces), I have tweeted (X'd?). No phone number. I haven't got a clue what to do now.

Connected to my account, now causing me account issues, but they're not contactable...these guys are a joke! Also dangerous if you're planning to give them access to your account.

Hopeless ie inexistant support
Hopeless ie inexistant support. The accounting services cut out every few months and one has to add each account again. Infuriating. And on trying to discover why……no support or explanation.

Unresponsive Support and Poor Communication Channels
Our IT administrators have repeatedly attempted to reach Saltedge support, only to receive the following automatic response each time:
"Your request to could not be created. If you would still like to get help, please contact the team directly. If you have received this email in error, please ignore it."
This raises several serious concerns:
Which team are we supposed to contact if the official support email does not work?
Why maintain a Jira-powered support system if it’s not being monitored or used for support purposes?
Why is sales the only team that responds, while support remains unreachable?
As a customer, this level of inaccessibility is incredibly frustrating. If you offer a service, reliable support should be part of it.

this company (seemed) failed to transfer money but booked it anyway
this company booked a non-refundable charge for my intended transfer of 30000 euros, but failed to send the money to the target account. This is unacceptable. Support is not quick to respond. Hopefully I was not just defrauded.
Edit: the transaction went through, but it was just as fast as a normal bank transfer, thus I don't see the point of this provider, especially if it sends a scary error message that the money was not transferred, but you see the charge on the outgoing account.

No response to several emails
No response to several emails advising of an issue - not even an acknowledgement. Unbelievable that this shoddy outfit is the link with online financial syncing services. Disgraceful.
