The two ladies serving were chatty and welcoming. My son us autistic and struggles with textures. The ladies helped me choose showed me different textures plus was very patient with my son. Very polite great customer service. Will defo recommend and will drfo shop there again

Friendly staff, faulty item
The staff were so friendly and helpful and I couldn’t fault them. They also reminded me I could use my Blue Light card. I was quite disappointed with the swimming costume I bought though. On one side the strap has been attached twisted, and since it has been stitched like this there is nothing I can do to put the strap the correct way around. So it just permanently looks twisted. I’m surprised this wasn’t picked up as part of the quality control process. It’s a shame as I know it will put me off wearing it.

Friendly staff but I asked if they had a particular t-shirt in the colour I wanted,the staff member checked in the back and got the wrong colour but I failed to notice until I got home. Simple mistake I suppose.
