I do NOT recommend this seller.

I ordered an e-bike on 10 December. The delivery was heavily delayed, so I clearly requested cancellation before receiving anything.

Despite this, the seller kept asking me to “wait” and refused to refund until the bike returned to their warehouse — even though I never received the item at all.

After weeks of delays and excuses, I had to raise a bank dispute, and the bank ruled in my favor and refunded me.

Very poor customer service, unreasonable refund policy, and unnecessary stress for the customer.

Think carefully before buying from this company.

A very mixed feelings overall. At one hand, the ebike (RS A01 PRO) feels nice. I like the weight. It feels great at uneven terrain, it's almost some kind of off-grid bike. Handles nicely and reminds a small motorbike. Looks are also pretty nice. Mine is matt black. Probably some newer model because it looks better than the ones on pictures.

But here ends the positives. Quality of the bike is pretty low.

The rear rack came bent down. Not a big deal, got refunded for that. But can't turn the blind eye for the front wheel, that also came a little bent. I had to spent hours adjusting spokes but it's still a little off, including the rotor (that's also a little bent) that was almost impossible to finally adjust it to not to rub on the brake pads. I would return the wheel or the whole bike if i didn't ruin the spoke nipples (trying to fix the wheel), so it looks like it's my fault.

Front lamp started making horrible noise, had to fix it myself.

The seat is moving, due to the shock absorber probably but still, the feeling of seat moving is slightly disturbing.

And lastly, the battery, it doesn't last long. It's probably due to unlocking the bike. So the extra speed takes it toll. Now it's more like 15-18 miles on one charge than promised 45... Also the speed is inconsistent, once you stop pedaling it slows down pretty quick, so it's better to keep the speed. It drags a little, it needs a few kicks to get the speed back. But once its going, it goes pretty fast. Strong enough to go up a very steep hill too.

Overall, it's a fun budget bike with issues. With the voucher (60off) i spent £599 so it's not the worst deal. But I won't go for this brand ever again. If you are on tight budget then it's not the worst deal I guess. Just make sure you have A LOT of time, my bike came disassembled in pieces. Had to adjust literally everything, handle bar, brakes, throttle etc.

But if you can spend an £300-400 extra then go for ADO or Fiido, honestly.

The support from company is pretty good, at least if it comes to small issues like a part replacement etc. Don't know how do they respond to some more serious complains or returns, but so far the are pretty responsive.

I'll probably ride this bike to the death and send to recycling after few years because it's not worth investing in it. I'll try to come back and leave an update how the bike behaves after a year or two.

I have a same bike ordered a cadence sensor unit. I thought it was tge one for my bike totally wrong. The company asked for pictures of my bike. Identified it as a samebike LO26 FT. Sent me the correct sensor only charged me postage. Good customer relations. Also very helpful.

Best bike ever so good I've brought 2 over the years as I love them so much can go 30 mph but adjustable

The RS-A01 Pro is a great balance of style and function. The bike has a modern look, and the power assist is so smooth that it makes every ride enjoyable. Battery life is solid too—I can use it for days without charging. This bike is well worth the investment.

The delivery was fast, no issues with the bike and a free lock gift was sent to me. I’m happy with the bike.

Billiger China-Schrott, keine Zulassung in Deutschland. Das Fahrrad kam als Neufahrzeug bei mir an und ist überall verrostet(Rahmen, Speichen, Anbauteile). Die Verarbeitung und die eingesetzten Materialien sind ein Witz und haben nichts normalen europäischen Standard zu tun. Der Lenkkopf ist verzogen, das komplette Fahrrad wirkt wie ein Billigspielzeug.

Ordered a bike, got delivered to the wrong address. Despite repeatedly asking them to correct it, they didn´t do anything, saying "it's DHL's fault, we did what we could". The product got returned back, and I never got a refund.

Vélo de très bonne qualité. Ergonomique, il est d'une puissance incroyable. Écran couleur....
Il est vraiment bien ! En aucun cas je regrette mon achat.
Pour ceux qui rêve d'un vélo à assistance électrique. Je vous conseille celui-ci. Le petit plus, il possède un panier.

Amazing bike, my first ebike and love it. Started moddin my bike aswell and my bike is starting to look very cool 😎 I got the new version LO 26 II. the bikes easy to assembled and the bike came in 3 to 4 days.

My bicycle has a defective battery, it was difficult to get in touch, several times to try to solve the problem and after that it still took a long time to send another battery.
