While we’re a large-scale provider that’s capable of creating massive orders for the likes of Microsoft, we have a small, community business mindset that means a little league coach’s order is treated with the same attention and urgency as that of a Fortune 500 company. We understand that personalized products are incredibly important. You need to know that your order will arrive on time looking perfect. That’s why we keep everything in-house. As soon as an order comes in, it’s reviewed by a real human before it’s sent off for printing in our own, 10,000-square-foot production facility. Our standards are simply too high to let anyone else have a hand in what we do.

Beat my expectations
The design and ordering process was intuitive. The delivery was on time. And best of all, the quality (hoodie sweatshirt with printed front and back) of the hoodie material was very good. I honestly was expecting less. It will remain to be seen how the printing weathers, but all colors and application all look good. This was a test and I'll be back.

Rush order was delivered on with the product exactly as expected. Sizes of the Gildan Tee Shirts were as expected. Fully satisfied with the tee shirts, the printing, and the service. Prices competitive with local prices but turnaround was rush and successful. 1oo% satisfied and would be my go to service next time.

The web order portal kicked us out…
The web order portal kicked us out while awaiting the authentication code and did not retain our order. As we were under a delivery deadline we had to have the order placed within the hour to make the delivery. This caused an oversight on our part and the default shirt color had been reset to black. We did not catch this until the shirts arrived. It would be great if the site had a way to ID a returning user and continue the order as input.

Good print quality, terrible customer service
I've reached out to Pete and not even received a reply. The shirts I ordered were well printed, look nice. The problem was the size is not correct. L was approx 2-1/4 inches smaller at the chest than the chart shows. I sent images to Pete of one shirt with a tailor's tape across clearly showing it not as wide. I at least expected a reply from your support staff. I do like the shirts, I did just order a different design, this time some XL so I can actually wear some but it's a shame you ignore your customers.

I've used this company several times before and keep coming back because the print quality and color-correctness on shirt printing is awesome! I typically use it for full-color paintings or other student artwork we want to showcase. Also, shirts I've bought years ago are holding up well and prices are reasonable.
