I installed "samkey" to change CSC on a 2021 flagship phone running Android 14. Site was very confusing but once I got my bearings and installed the software I took a deep breath... and it worked first time!

After their misleading advertising about models they claim to support, they have unstable support and respond hours later, in the end they do not recognize their failure with unsupported equipment and when people write in the forum, they ban you for telling the truth... they are thieves, be careful.

i think samkey owner from very poor family first time say money so he want steal from the people but one day he will loose all that money. real beggar

i bought credits and tried to change CSC, it said the CSC was successfully changed but it was not. no help or advice available.

Samkey is a scam company or software which claims they can unlock phones not all phones they do .either you get blocked or you need vip access which is 400 credits..
Don’t be a victim like me learn and also join in spreading the news.

Blocking accounts for no reason and poor support, vefire was the best tool but today no more.

I would like to inform all of you the 1 & only distributor of samkey is arrested in Pakistan by the Federal investigation agency. He was the only distributor of samkey' so now the samkey have no one to provide credits in market if you have any complain against him contact with pakistani govt.

They are a bunch of thieves, but I have a plan for SAMKEY, this is one techy that you will regret stealing from, have over 100 Credit and they just blocked my account and not assisting, talking about Policy Violation, I have been unlocking phones for over 10 years and have used many tools and never seen support like this. Other tools, it's time to step up your business and put these fools out of business.

Well honestly i’m not satisfied for all the services you offer since that u altered the policy and conditions ,i tried to unlock a phone and my account is blocked and still have credit in it,when i tried to contact him,he replied and said that imei changed and i actually didn’t change ,it has been critically costly for my business and i request refunds and i will never use again your services

Samkey becomes theives and scammers especially with new non-sense policy, and raise minimum credits to 20.
They steal your money with reason like fake imei, if you check phone you find that imei software same as back cover and phone box and contract. They do not take your seriously and do not replay.

Me: I did unlocked both phones with original simcard, unlocked without any problem and imei is the original one not changed by any tool or box.

After that I contact their live support, said:
Sorry, we can't help for blocked account
Me: who else can help if you can not.
Support: no replay.

For all our freinds and customers all around world, do not buy samkey products you will lost your money without refund for fake reason.

Samkey team is very unprofessional.They are giving me the run around to get my account unblocked,after a few days of emailing and sending messages on skype finally someone responded to my request to unblock my account.His response was literally.
"you are FU0&%NG yourself to spy samkey!

I bought these credits from a reseller,i dont want to contact paypal or my bank because its not the resellers fault.
Now i want to explain what really happened and what was the reason for them to block my account.
There was a cricket A015AZ that i unlocked,it was succesfull according to the software,but it was actually not unlocked and it took 10 credits,so i did the same process again and again the software said unlocked deduct another 10 cr but it still was not unlock,so i put that phone on the side and unlocked other phones without any issue,after a few days i tried unlocking the same phone again and it did that again but this time it was getting stuck on "connecting to server" for a few times and this time the software was not deducting my credit,after a few tries it finally got unlocked.
These crack heads think i was spying on their network/servers.
Please use their service with caution,dont buy a lot of credits at once because of any promotion,They will screw you over at some point.

The Samkey website said I need 6 credits to unlock a s10e. I then bought 6 credits, then the Samkey app said I needed 8 credits so had to buy another 6 (6 credits was a minimum order from reseller). Then I tried the app again and guess what it did not work. Complete waste of time and money. No refund, scammers. AVOID. I hope this helps someone else so they don't make the same mistake.

A bunch of backward third world country scammers operating out of a basement. They rip people off their money and their Customer Service is just one MACHO MAN wannabe, all he knows in English is the F word and he is enjoying using it with customers. Stay away from this site and find a real business. You WILL lose your money like I did.

This company is a bunch of scammers and liars. They claim to unlock many models of samsung mobiles and sell you credits for their so called software Samkey. Really the software is a piece of crap, it works sometimes and others it consumes your credits and and even mobile phone is still locked. When you try to contact them they don't answer, or if they answer use abusive language and it only depends on their mood if they will fix your issue or not. I had a bad experience ever in my life was with this so-called company. I bought one account with them to unlock a mobile phone, the account was not working. When I contacted them they at first did not respond me, after many days a guy, who is one of them, named Bilal Siroya responded and started abusive language like f*** you, f*** off these were the exactly their words, the account never worked and I lost 50$ what I paid for. After that they even blocked me on skype. I will recommend stay away from them if you don't want to lose your money and waste your time.
