I bought the Atx-fbr-500-folding-squat-rack from Sam's Fitness. I spoke with pretty much all the guys there as I had heaps of question with my numerous phone calls. Asked questions that helped with my; tricky low ceiling, small space, clearance needed for the rack, questions about delivery to a tricky location, chewed their ears off really. They were so patient, the rack arrived, installed and it all worked out. They put me at ease and were so friendly, helpful, polite above and beyond guys. Cheers from someone that doesn’t write reviews often and felt compelled to by the guys at Sam's!

My previous review got filtered because maybe it was too good?

But the truth is these guys really are that good. In the current environment with all these new equipment suppliers popping up out of nowhere Sam and the crew have always been the best.

They are always going out of their way for the customer, are up front about stock levels/delivery times/etc, and all around just good people.

We ordered an ATX Hip Thruster on Sunday night and had it to our door in Canberra on Tuesday afternoon when every other company is on new-year shutdown.

Purchased an ATX 770 XL rack about a month ago plus extras from Sam's Fitness and super impressed with the build quality.

Linas has been wonderful to deal with in getting together a whole gym setup.

Big thank you to Sams Fitness for providing me an excellent customer experience and for providing gym equipment of exceptional quality. I purchased the ATX Open Rack and was very surprised by the quality of construction.

Will definitely be buying from Sams Fitness in the future.

Two of our gym cables had snapped. Needed a quick replacement (exact specs and ends). Sam's fitness was able to respond to my request promptly and send the cables to Melbourne in a matter of days.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, especially when three of the previous cable replacement websites I visited wouldn't return my emails.

On the news section, this business makes fun of their customers. Very childish!

The product was well priced, good quality and arrived in 3 days.

Bought some weight plates from Sam's Fitness on Thursday night. Received them on the following Monday (much sooner than I was expecting, especially during this time). The staff and delivery guy were both friendly and helpful.
The weight plates themselves are great, good quality and best value for money I have found.
Will definitely be buying from here again in the future!

Sam is a Communist Dictator! The ONLY online business in the world restricting shipping to Australia nationally. "At this time, we are only able to ship to locations within the Sydney Metro region. We are doing this because we don't want interstate shipments stuck if we go into complete lockdown."

they are quick to take payment but the customer service is appalling and the level of arrogance displayed from Sam himself is disgraceful.

Payment was made on 30.6 and an email followed to say the item would be posted on 1.6.
This did not occur and it took us to chase them and then to have Francis become aggressive towards us before hanging up.

We have since purchased elswhere and the item was shipped 24hrs from payment having been made.

Sam's fittness you are a joke.

I've had such a great experience with these guys.
Have purchased gym equipment on two separate occasions in the current climate and received both times the very next day.
I have purchased from other companies who have completely closed all their forms of communication, and don't know when I will receive my goods, but Sam's have kept their customer service on top of things.
I will only purchase gym/fitness equipment from Sam's in the future, even if it costs more than competitors.

Excellent company and a honest down to earth bloke.

I have spent a fair few bucks over the years with Sam. He has always seen me right and given me genuine no bs advice rather than simply trying to up sell his products.

His handling of the covid situation is genuine and you can see that this guy genuinely cares for people and puts them first rather than selling stock he doesn’t have.

Be patient people and just wait for this to lift. Currently gym gear is in high demand and stock is low. I’ve seen people are giving him a hard time and it’s not on. Don’t believe the bad reviews slating him. Instead look at all the good ones.

This is the best equipment I have chosen full stop the best ever took a bit to put together but instruction was good on assembly

I’ve already written a review on google, but couldn’t help adding another.
Sam, has saved me from insanity by looking after me during this hectic time, with the c-virus everyone is under strain, and I cannot help but think that the big companies are just screwing people over either intentionally or through bad procedures, over promising and not delivering. I literally was screwed over by 3 different companies.
Sams honest assessment of the situation (on his forum), and advice on how their company is addressing things, AND his no-bs description of equipment, was a breath of fresh air.
And despite being under the pump no doubt, Liam’s attention to detail in kitting me out, has been awesome.
For certain I’ll add another review once my squat rack etc. is all set up 😊

After much deliberation and querying gym equipment suppliers all across Sydney, finally decided to purchase Power Rack from Sam's Fitness. They only sell equipment from great quality names (ATX, Megatec, Powertec, Barbarian) for reasonable costs. I ended up getting the ATX 520 Power Rack owing to its small footprint along with Barbell, weights and weight rack

Delivery time was excellent, within 48 hours. The team answered all my queries. Their website is very descriptive and easy to use. I appreciate their no-BS approach in describing the equipment they have.

Would certainly recommend purchasing stuff from here whether it be for a home gym set up or commercial.

I bought a Powertec Compact Leg Sled from Sam's Fitness. The equipment is awesome. It was easy to assemble and arrived in great condition. No problems.

I experienced a very frustrating issue with the shipping company, but the guys, Matt and Francis, were extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. They helped sort out the problem and I have no complaints. I highly, highly recommend Sam's Fitness.

Everything was as ordered.
