Not even a 1 star. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAVE RETURNED MULTIPLE PIECES OF CLOTHING AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES IS BAD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Really LOW quality. Do not order from this company. The dresses have no styling at all. More like potato sacks.

I wish I could read all this reviews before, this people are scams, they always said are going to do something and never do anything, they are thieves and the clothes are worst quality I ever bought

Should be zero stars. The dress was 65 dollars, a complete piece of trash, and like many of the Chinese fake shops, they said they would give me a discount if I paid forty dollars to ship it back to g d China. Why is it somebody arresting or at least fining these people for theft? Do not, I repeat... do not order anything from this shop. It is pure junk and they are liars and thieves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SAN DIEGO BOUTIQUE! Items are not as pictured, very cheap. Very hard to work with for returns . They need to be sent back to Asia! They only offer you a small % of the price you paid.

Don’t tell you refunds cost 20 to 40 dollars to return to Asia

Absolutely horrible. They do not respond to communication; they want you to jump through all kinds of hoops. The product received is the worst quality I have ever seen. I had to give a date, but in reality, my experience has been ongoing for over two months with extremely minimal response from their obviously AI chatbot that responds. I do not recommend this company under ANY circumstance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They stole my money. I have tried numerous times to get the rest of my order sent to me and NOTHING is happening. I ordered 2 dresses, one was shipped several weeks later, but missing the other one. They keep telling me to send a photo of the package I got (I did that) and then said they would send me my other dress asap. That was a 5 weeks ago. I keep asking them where the rest of my order is and they only respond with it was delivered, which was the first package. Do Not buy from this company ever. I hope it goes out of business.

Cheap quality and they make it impossible to return items. Nothing looks the pictures-very cheap fabric and very poor quality.
Stay away from this company unless you want complete junk.

This site is a Shein re-sale store. I bought the light blue bohemian dress and the quality was so poor, fabric the absolute cheapest polyester imaginable. I was so bad, I wanted to return, and I never do that. They said I could return it at my cost for a shipping cost of $40.00 for my $60.00 purchase or I could accept a refund of $7.00 and keep the dress. You are better off shopping at either Shein or Temu, you will find the same items at a fraction of the cost, and those sites will actually refund.

Awful and a total scam. False advertising and consumer fraud at its best. I got a dress that looked nothing like what they advertised on their website. I tried returning the atrocity they sent me and getting my money back, but it’s impossible because the products come from China. I went back and forth with them via email ( which was painful because they don’t get back to you right away ) and the best they offered was a partial refund ( less than 50% 🙄) which I have yet to receive. I’m definitely not holding my breath. I honestly can’t even describe how terrible this dress was. They use AI to make their products look legit, but what you get is nothing less than a poorly sewn together dish rag. Wait, a dish rag is actually higher quality.

Terrible product coming from China.

If I could give them a -10 I would. I ordered a dress that’s all over the internet. Looks elegant in the advertising. The dress came and is the worst thing I ever saw. Nothing like the dress I ordered. Scam is an understatement!!😡 never again!!

One star, since zero is not an option Money back return guarantee is a total scam. They make it as difficult and expensive as possible (send the item and all its packaging to a questionable addrees IN CHINA at a cost of up to $40 on a $60 item, then they will inspect it and decide if they will refund, and then take a month or more to do so), THEN offer you a 10% refund for skipping that "process" . I had no trust that any refund would be forthcoming afer paying to return, so did not try it. Product was OK, but not worth the price. No label except a care and origin tag. Just something from a TEMU quality Chinese sweat shop.

Trying to return my order and don’t return my request. Have emailed them so many times.
Terrible customer service

This is a terrible company! Scam 100%. The products are cheap and returning items to China is a hassle. Never order from them!!

If I could give a zero I would!!!! Such a scam!! The dress I ordered FOR MY WEDDING was a complete joke. Was a thin crappy piece of material half way sewn together. Zero response for how to return.. am disgusted completely . STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING. NOT FAMILY OWNED. LIES!!! AM TOTALLY heartbroken because was absolutely in love with the photo.

Absolute scam- I got fooled, thinking clothes had to be nice and legitimate- San Diego Boutique- ad stated no worries for 30 days/return. Once I received the horrible crappy deceptive order, I tried to return, they charge you, and have all sorts or reasons to not refund you. Beware! I’m out a lot of money. So mad!

I can't give a ZERO, so here is a 1. This isn't a San Diego company. I got hoaxed - my bad, but hopefully others will read this. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are in China, and the quality/material of the $59.99 dress I bought was horrible. I literally threw it in the trash, but decided I'd try to get a refund. I don't have high hopes...
