We stayed in Villa Macaco for 11 nights in May for a family wedding. We had our daughters and their partners staying with us, and it was just perfect.
Sandyblue were incredibly professional, friendly & reactive to all our requests. We will definitely use Sandyblue when staying in Quinta do Lago again.

We had a great stay in Vale do Lobo with Sandy Blue! Highly recommend them as a villa rental company.

We stayed at the Waves which promised a lot and overdelivered. It was fantastic, well presented, clean and ideal for a family holiday. The location was walking distance to restaurants and golf. The service from Sandbyblue through booking to arrival and departure was first class. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Sandyblue

The apartment Romeo and Juliet is a great place to stay. Comfortable and easily accessible to all the local places and only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beaches.

Our holiday from start to finish including the booking process, communication and attention was first class. We stayed at the beautiful, well located Villa Jacintina and quite simply was absolutely stunning. All Sandy Blue staff were amazing and we will definitely be coming back to Vale do Lobo. We recently enjoyed a 10 day family stay at an Algarve Olhos d’Agua villa rented through Sandy Blue. It was a pleasure dealing with the Sandy Blue team - professional and responsive, their collective support before and during our stay contributed to the quality of the experience. In response to the one problem that arose - a minor plumbing issue - they immediately arranged for a technician to resolve it, despite this being over the Easter weekend. The villa was everything it had been advertised to be - the guests were all delighted.

We have booked with this company a number of times and have always found them to be very helpful and efficient. We have had no issues with customer service and would be happy to book through them again.

This company, SandyBlue, is truly top-notch. We’ve rented in the Algarve with other companies before, but none even come close to the exceptional service we experienced with SandyBlue. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but once we started communicating, everything became smooth, clear, and effortless.

Their website is extremely user-friendly, with all the information you need easily accessible and well-organized. Thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail, we enjoyed an incredible 7-day vacation — one we will remember fondly.

This company is the great to book holiday when there is any issues they always resolve as quickly as they can.all staff is very friendly and helpful

But with local and friendly service available on the phone
Our shopping was already in the fridge on arrival and the housekeeping services were excellent!

We used Sandy Blue for the second time. Unfortunately there was intrusive noise from a building site next door. Abir and Suzi offered alternative accomodation or a partial refund which we accepted. We were impressed by the professional and extremely swift response to our issue. We will certainly be using Sandy Blue again in 2026. Michael

Process was easy to book, but villa lacking in many areas. Not complete from recent update works, informed local works in area would be taking place. In reality it’s a building site next door starting at 8am so not the relaxing holiday we have paid thousands for we were expecting.

Dreadful customer service, was chastised for phoning and asking questions about a particular villa but didn’t get a response - was told I should have emailed - so why do they publish their phone number for enquiries on their website?
Very inflexible owner and requesting a deposit via bank transfer (£2000) and not credit card does not allow any consumer protection at all.
Beware of contracting with this company

did not inspect villa before arrival as we were greeted with an awful sewage smell on entry, swimming pool water was green and full of leaf debris. After complaining they did send a team out to sort sewage out and someone to clean the pool, but the pool never got clean, and we notice the tiles were falling off, again sent an email regarding the pool and still nothing done so could not use the pool. Very disappointed in sandyblue not sure i will use them again and villa owner needs to spend some money on the pool as it was a disgrace
