Quality is awful and not at all like the photo. Size runs very small and exchange is extremely expensive as item is from another country. Do not purchase the blouse with wooden button.

After receiving linen tops have concern they will not fit correctly. Would like to change all 3 to large. Medium was fine but if there is any shrinkage after cleaning I don’t believe they will work. How do I return and receive next size up. Is there a phone number I may use?

It seems this is a US shoreline Boutique having a sale but is not! It is a warehouse in China. Pictures of clothing are lovely but the clothing I received was nothing like the photos. Very poor quality, cheap material, no designed shape for proper fit. Advertised 30 day return. Customer service responded quickly to my dissatisfaction and offered free replacement (more junk) or 10% cashback! Customer is responsible for return shipping which would cost more than the $150 purchase price so I have been scammed!

Help from your support departed was very good. Unfortunatey the change in blouses still do not fit. I guess I should not make orders online. My fault.

The linen blouse fit well when received, but shrank significantly in cold water wash so it is now tight.
Return policy is absurd -- can only return unwashed items. If shrinkage is an issue, they should stand by their product. Would never order from them again.

I ordered three items from this Boutique. All of the items in small. Two of the items were huge, and sized more like a large and not a small. I have sent e-mail to obtain the mailing address to return the two items and have had no response. It took almost a month to receive the items and now there is no response as to how to return the items and there is only a 30-day return window.

I placed my first order for 3 tops and they were all too tight in the bust. I went to their site and ordered the next largest size and processed payment for the same. I then contacted Sanibel to see how I could return the too small tops. When I contacted the company, they told me they would send the next larger size free of charge and for me not to return the ones that did not fit but, rather, to give them to a friend who can wear them. Very generous. I contacted them to let them know I had already paid for the replacements and have not heard from them since. If the company would please reimburse me for the second order, it would be much appreciated. If you need anything further from me in this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.

It says it’s a local boutique moving its remaining inventory to online, when it’s really a drop shipper from China.

It says easy returns and refunds but they offer discounts to keep the crap and if you insist on a refund want you to pay shipping back to CHINA!!!
The clothing says relaxed but my pieces were smaller than the size chart and horrible material.

Poor customer service when i contacted them they said it was to expensive to send back . This garment is not linen,no tags on it , almost like cheap sheet material.This company said it was based in florida. Why is it shipping international? Scam ! THe sizing is not accurate as well. Will try to get my money back thru credit card. poor customer service as well.

Emails to Santibel requesting instructions for returns resulted in instructions for international shipping and the charged very high. 10% credit was offered.

This is true.Sanibel Boutique has No physical address. No phone number. Blouses have chemical smell, fit is not right, material is like paper. Says 30 day guarantee but will cost more than u paid to return to China even though it shipped from Hialeah, Fl. Sanibel Island should check out this company I will let the BBB know. Do not buy!!!

3 primary issues: 1. The blouse looks like it mimicked a cutout paper doll shirt; it had no form other than box. It just looks ugly. 2. The fact that returns of unsatisfactory sale items weren't part of “free shipping” doesn’t appear except in small print and you have to look for it. 3. The type of material and washing instructions are not on boutique site. I feel scammed.

This is a sham company. They are NOT based in the US. Their website says they ship across the United States using USPS. This is a lie. Your package will arrive via an international courier and if you need to return anything, you will have to contact that courier to determine transport and customs fees. They will offer you 10% cash back as a "more convenient" option. Shop elsewhere!

They advertise on their website and Facebook as if they are a 22 year old business on Sanibel Island in Florida. They are a fraudulent Chinese company. They advertise a 30 money back return policy. The two articles of clothing came. One was very small (I'm small) and the "linen" fabric did not feel like linen. The other was a very misshapen top in polyester. Online it said it was made of a "breathable fabric." Polyester is not breathable. I noted on the website that some items are listed as cotton or linen and others "breathable fabric," so no fabric content. They told me I would have to return the items to China because they have "no US address." They have a warehouse in China. I was quoted the following return fees: $25-55 in transport charges and $28 to 72 customs clearance fees. I had spent $106 for the 2 items. Instead, I took a 100% store credit (my only reasonable choice) and bought what I thought might be ok. They use clever advertising suggesting that they are an American company, going as far as offering employment opportunities! They are a fraudulent company offering poor quality clothing and no ability to return it. They need to be stopped.

Love the pieces that I purchased. Will definitely keep this business in mind when shopping.

I’d really like to give them zero stars! I ordered 6 ladies tops from this company. My order was shipped in two different packages that took a very long time to arrive. Although I used their listed size chart when ordering, all the tops are at least two to three sizes too small (seriously!) and do not meet US standard sizing. The company lists a 30 day return policy but the reality is quite disappointing and frustrating. When I emailed them and indicated that I was not satisfied with their product and wanted to avail myself of their return policy, they first send an email and offered to replace the items at no cost, even different items than the originally ordered ones and specified that the original items need not be returned. When I declined, they then offered a 30% discount if I would only decide to keep the items (which I can’t use, or I wouldn’t try to return them in the first place, right?). If you still don’t bite and insist on a return and refund, they then try to frighten you by listing astronomical postage fees ($50- to $110) and “customs fees” ($58-$144) you would have to pay if you insist on returning the items. This is where you find out that they are not located in the US, although their return address on the packages they mailed lists a Hialeah, FL address. For good measure, this latest communication contains a “10% cash back offer for their way to say thank you for giving them a try” if you keep their (useless) stuff. Oh, I almost forgot — their emails are signed “Much love…...”! I would suggest — strongly — you stay away from giving them a try, they are unreliable, their product is not worth the money, and they will hassle you endlessly if you try to initiate a return and refund. I figure, if they really don’t need those items returned (per their initial email) they can just refund me my purchase price and be done with. Meanwhile, I am initiating a dispute with Paypal and hope I can get their assistance.

PS, I have reached an agreement with them where they refunded me 60% of the purchase price. I agreed to this bc I found a family member who could use the tops that I could not. The refund went thru smoothly (Tanks for small blessings) but i would still never order from them again.

The blouse was not as pictured and did not fit. When I finally got in touch I was offered 10% refund. They said it would cost too much to ship it back so it obviously came from China. When I wrote back furious they made another unacceptable offer. Customers cannot expect a return. I see some of the same pictures in other ads. It is a sham company.

Very nice condition and the material is very comfortable ,it does seem to run a little bit on the small side
