Do Not Do Business with these scammers
Our interior designer ordered a copper shower system and sink faucets in April 2024 for our bathroom renovation and was provided an expected delivery date of May 2-17.
As of July 1, we have only received the sink drain and the shower diverted. We have received countless assurances we will get a tracking number “tomorrow” via their chat function. The customer service number representatives are always “currently busy” and the caller is directed instead to the chat. Our bathroom renovation is at a standstill. Call the Customer Service to hear their pre-recorded message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Here is the timeline of our communications. All via text because there is no customer service via phone.
April 29
Order placed with delivery date of May 2-17, 2024
June 21
Received (2) pop-up drains and (2) shower rough in valves. Assured "this will buy time for plumber before the rest of the product to be delivered the following week, 'on schedule'
June 27
Informed product was shipped, waiting on shipping agent to provide tracking number
June 30
Informed "tomorrow factory sent us tracking number"
July 1
No response to inquiries
July 2
Informed July 1 was Canada Day so product was being shipped today
Posted 1-star review on Google
Informed that product would not be shipped until Google review was deleted
Was offered free toilet paper holder and hand towel bar, along with the tracking number, after the Google review removed
Threatened with legal action due to Google review
Received a UPS tracking number
July 3
Received a complete order confirmation via email, but with a DHL tracking number
July 6
Received (2) items via UPS from Sanicanada that we did not order. Informed these are "gifts"
The completete order, shipped via DHL, is delivered to an address in Houston, TX. Not Atlanta.
Informed that a factory worker provided the wrong tracking number. Product being delivered "this week"
Informed product will be shipped Monday or Tuesday. Tracking number to be provided "tomorrow night"
July 7
Informed the factory cannot provide a tracking number until "midnight"
July 8
Informed the factory manager in China will provide a tracking number “tomorrow.”
July 9
Informed again that a tracking number will be provided “tomorrow after midnight” and sent a picture of the specific package being shipped. It is the same photo sent on July 2.
July 10
No tracking number provided, no photos, no response to inquiries.
After 13 false assurances that the product "has shipped" or a tracking number will be provided "tomorrow," for product originally to be delivered May 2-17, we have purchased shower kits and faucets from another company on Amazon. We have requested a refund from our interior designer who placed the order on our behalf.
BUYER BEWARE.

An update. I received a bogus Cease & Desist email threatening legal action to myself, family and friends if I do not remove the 1-star review on Google. Read the email closely to see other parties' names included in error and the lack of identify of the supposed law firm. Again, do not do business with this group.
