Very quick service
Very quick service, I got exactly what I wanted, for an item which can be difficult to obtain 10 out of 10.
Disastrous
Disastrous. Advised sunglasses ordered would be delivered in 2-5 days when I placed order. Also advised that I would be notified when they leave the factory. After 6 days I emailed as I’d had no contact, and then told they were being sent out soon. I said to not bother and refund instead, to which they responded that they couldn’t refund and I’d have to wait for them to be sent out and then return them - stupid, especially as I’m in the UK and coming from Spain. Basically they didn’t have the items and they were sent from a supplier. I’ve now returned the items mid February, and it’s now nearly Mid March and they’ve not even acknowledged receipt of the return that was sent via Royal Mail 3 day international delivery at an expensive cost to me. Will not be using again.
Poor communication
Poor communication, no order confirmation after 6 days even though they Took my £85 5 days ago. Did not respond to emails and their online chat bot was just programmed to get rid of you. I would never use this company again, absolute non existent customer service. and now wondering if I've been scammed.

Ortlieb panniers, great price. The delivery was spot on and communication with the company was super and very amusing. Very professional set up. I would buy from them again.

The panniers arrived in good condition and were very competitively priced. Delivery took a while, but I understood this as the parcel was arriving from Spain.
Truly awful
Truly awful! Item never arrived, zero response from customer support. Incorrect tracking numbers. Chatbot only works in Spanish! Still battling for a refund! Avoid at all costs!
Very good prices
Very good prices, though delivery takes a while (from Spain - which I hadn’t realised). Also, tracking was in Spanish, so not easy to interpret. On balance, I think I’ll probably stay with UK suppliers.
Great Product
The products arrived well-packed and are working great. However, it took four and a half weeks for the products to be delivered, despite the fact that they said it would take between 3 and 4 working days when they were purchased.
DO NOT USE
Just gets worse...it's now 19 days since I paid them for a courier collection for the parts I cancelled that they subsequently delivered. Apparently the original request was cancelled (without telling me) the one scheduled, promised and confirmed for today now hasn't happened. Now up to 29 emails trying to resolve. DO NOT USE.

Terrible terrible
OMG, this is a terrible organisation. I ordered a smart collapsable cycle helmet on the 10th December, a Christmas present for my 21 year old daughter. It's now the 4th Feb, and it still hasn't arrived! Countless emails from me asking where it is, pathetic emails back with no meaningful information. Communication and customer service from the dark ages. No one taking responsibility, no apology. They are an absolute disgrace. Don't go near them !
I ordered a smart roller online
I ordered a smart roller online, but it arrived with an EU plug, which is not suitable for UK sockets. Instead of providing a proper UK power supply, I was left having to use an adaptor.
I reported this issue, but each time I followed up, I was given the same response - that they had contacted the manufacturer and were still waiting for an answer. No resolution, no timeline, just the same vague excuse.
After multiple emails and no progress, it’s clear that customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience.
Can't fault them
Can't fault them. Good selection of bike stuff, great prices and delivery was good. All in all a very positive experience.
Cheap and a decent experience
Found these guys online selling some pedals significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Wasn't sure given the mixed feedback etc, but gave them a go and glad I did. Took 8 days to arrive, but that's OK - wasn't in a hurry, delivered by Parcel force once in UK.
Agree with other posters that there's not much proactive communication in that first period and not easy to check as website etc in Spanish, but it got to me, as described, and at a good price.

It took a long time to get the delivery. If it was in stock, then I would expect to get it sooner.
Bit of a shambles to be honest
Bit of a shambles to be honest, never ordered from there before but only brought a couple of small items like bar tape and a seat post, paid something crazy like £6.99 delivery, my order took over 2 weeks to arrive, I was trying to track my order and it was all in Spanish I found it hard to navigate my way around, was emailing back and fourth even once order turnt up I just expressed how I felt about the whole thing and they just choose to ignore that email, just a shame really as heard good things but my first time was a bit of a shit show so I’ll probably avoid santafixie to be honest
The product was good value for money…
The product was good value for money and arrived in good condition. The delivery took much longer than it should and the website to track it was useless and also in Spanish so not a lot of help.
I would use Santafixie again.
Appalling customer service, broken bike
Ordered a bike from Santafixie back in November as a Christmas present for my son. It arrived 3-4 weeks later in a damaged box, when I opened the box the bike saddle was damaged and split. I immediately contacted customer support and they said they would contact the supplier to fix the issue. Now over a month later and three more emails to customer support I have heard nothing from them in reply at all. At this point I am at a loss of what to do as no one from the company will respond to me and the bike is still broken. Avoid at all costs, they do not care about the customers at all.
