I am extremely disappointed in our experience with Santo. Apalling (or rather zero) customer service and no response to emails. Jeans bought in correct size. Zip broke when trying on. Requested return and followed advice to contact them via their support email - still no response after two emails. I am reluctant to return to address in China at my own cost with no response and confirmation for an expensive item. Not acceptable. Will never buy again.

This is by far the worst clothing company I’ve dealt with. Their communication is terrible, their size charts are completely inaccurate, and their customer service is extremely unprofessional.
They ship from China, which takes almost 15 days, and if you want to return something, you have to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY.

Ordered on the 3rd Jan 2026.
I attempted to cancel my order on the 4th Jan 2026, within their stated 24-hour window. Didn’t receive a response to that email until the 6th Jan 2026.
The company ignored the cancellation and shipped the order anyway.
When I raised this issue with them, they offered partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%, up to 50%), but after I accepted the 50% option, they stopped responding, despite sending emails in quite swift speed beforehand.

Still waiting for the refund they offered.
I will update this review if resolved.

The jacket i bought was fire and the shipping was allright. The only thing i can complain about is the zip of the jacket that is a bit fragile, but overall i had a great experience

This is a scam website. Im confident the positive reviews were made by bots. I bought something for £90 thinking it was legit and high quality, then looked at the trustpilot reviews for the company and it's a scam company. 1.5hrs after placing my order, I requested to cancel. They didn't respond for 2 days, then said they're unable to cancel because it's an automated system. I got an automated email saying processing times were taking longer than usual, but then got an email from customer support saying they now couldn't cancel because my item was already in transit - 2 days before I got my processing + shipping confirmation (in other words, a bold lie!)

Then that same day they confirmed my item was shipped (after I'd been HASSLING them to cancel it for 5 days), I got a lovely email from customer support saying that the cancellation policy is within 24 hours so it's too late to cancel :) I sent a follow up email showing time stamped evidence that I requested to cancel within 1.5hrs of placing my order. Looking forward to seeing what their next lie is! They insist they'll help me get a full refund when it arrives, but clearly other people have had problems getting refunds; seems like the promise of a refund is part of the scam, it won't happen.

Just avoid the hassle of trying to get your money back. Don't buy from here.
