The sales process was great, thorough followup but not too pushy. The installation instructions definitely leave something to be desired. The instructions for the actual panels were not clear and the video that was sent was for a different product line so it was difficult to determine if the instructions were correct.

The partitions were installed in a Fire Station. We received them in good condition and on time. Sanymetal is an excellent company with great staff. We we were very pleased with the whole process. I would recommend to anyone who wishes to buy partitions.

My experience with Sanymetal was great! From the first day I spoke to a sales associate until the day I received the finished product, the process was smooth and efficient. My one suggestion would be that perhaps there should be two people on the delivery truck since the stalls are quite heavy for just one person. But even with that, the delivery was great! I have no complaints about any part of the process. I will enthusiastically recommend this company to other potential clients! Job well done!!!

We had two bathrooms at the church we used Sanymetal for. I received quotes from about 5 different partition companies and Sanymetal adjusted their price to beat them all. One of my main considerations was the speedy responses I received from them about questions, changes, or additions to the order were much quicker than other companies I was communicating with.
