I've never received the customer service that I did from Saule in my entire life. I purchased a pair of earrings that ended up causing my ears some irritation. I reached out to Saule and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to secure a special type of earring that causes no issues to my ears.

I am always very happy with every piece I buy from Saule. This time was no exception (necklace is very beautiful. The only problem (this is the first time this has happened) is that the shipment took two weeks to arrives I didn't receive the necklace on timeout I suspect it's not Saule's fault:)
