Genuine staff, no heavy sales
Just wanted to commend the young gentleman that I met today in Asda Eastleigh. What a credit he is to your company, no heavy sales, just a genuine nice person which is very refreshing change these days. I very rarely leave reviews but I just wanted someone to know what an asset he is to your company. I think he said his name was Jeremy.

Lack of transparency
Nothing went wrong really...
I just started getting emails from companies I had never heard of. Stubben something and Premium credit. For a while it all looked like I had been scammed. Especially when one of them sent me a message that they were changing my repayment date at my request. I had never heard of the company so I certainly hadn't sent them an email. The whole process needs to be a lot more transparent.
