The company did an amazing job fixing my headphones. They were in constant communication with me providing updates if I asked, and shipped it back to me exceptionally quickly. Would recommend to anyone who wants something fixed quickly and to a high standard.

I dropped Leo a message via WhatsApp and explained the problem with my fire stick.
He sent me his address to send my fire stick.
I posted it tracked and he got it Friday. Tuesday night he rang me and said it was all fixed and working.
He sent me his bank details and I paid my bill.
I had it back by Wednesday morning.

I’ve a SkyCaddie Fx500 which was freezing. The manufacturer doesn’t offer a repair service so I found this site online. I knew the GPS was working so I requested the diagnosis service. Couple of days later I received a message that it required a new screen. (The cost of the diagnostic service was taken off the cost of the screen replacement). The device was away for a total of 10 days and is now back working fine. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a repair.

The battery on my Fitbit Sense 2 would not retain its charge. Searched the net for a company that could do this and found SaveMyDevice. Phoned and spoke to Leo who confirmed that a new battery was required. Sent the watch off and it was returned within 10 days fully repaired. Watch is now as good as new and saved having to buy a new one. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.
