It is with great privilege that I provide this review of Savransky Jewelers. Our experience with Hanan and his wife were first rate. Not only are they very skilled and professional people, but they were the warmest people I have encountered in a long time. If Hanan and his wife lived in Austin Texas, I’m sure we would become the best of friends. They know they are always welcome in our house should they travel to the US.

Hanan and his wife have the highest integrity and Hanan’s craftsmanship is unbelievable. His creations are shockingly gorgeous and original.

I will not purchase fine jewelry from anyone else from this point on.

When our wonderful Israeli guide, Ami Giz, said he knew a jeweler at the Israel Diamond Exchange and asked if we would like to go, we jumped at this once-in-lifetime opportunity. Hanan’s friendly associate, Asaf, met us and got us through 30 minutes of security. Entering the complex was akin to getting into Fort Knox.

Once in, we met Hanan who took us on a personal tour and explained in detail the inner workings of the exchange and the strict membership requirements.

He invited up to his work place and beautiful showroom where his many creations are exquisitely displayed. It did not take Hanan long to hone in on a bracelet that fit my wife’s taste. Of course she fell in love with the piece and we consummated the purchase with the Hebrew words “mazel and bracha” that Hanan explained is said by all the diamond exchange traders after a deal is struck.

Not only did we leave with a gorgeous bracelet, but a friend as well.

We went into this experience not knowing what to expect from visiting a private Jewlers. We’ll, the ambiance was great, the information shared with us about the history of of the diamond exchange in Tel Aviv was impressive, but sincerely the best was all the. Incredible and creative designs we saw and experienced.

It was a 'MUST DO' tour to the Israel Diamond Exchange in Tel Aviv during our recent visit. Assaf met us, took us to the factory, then back to the exchange trading floor where we met Hanan Savransky. Assaf and Hanan were gracious and courteous as we asked more and more questions. Then! We visited the Savransky private showroom. I knew I wanted to take a diamond home - however, I had so many questions and worries about shopping for fine jewelry in a setting with such wonderful personal attention! I was nervous that I would go home without my diamond. Hanan and Sigal Savransky were patient while Assaf and my husband remained deep in conversation about mutual interests, gems, and Israel. In the end, I chose TWO diamonds (one for each ear) and I'm thrilled! The quality, price, attention to detail, everything about the whole experience was professional and perfect. My recommendation is 'ask for Savransky Private Jeweler' when booking a tour or contact them directly. I may not get back to Tel Aviv before I'm ready for another diamond(s) - however, I will be shopping online through their website because I trust them. Overwhelmingly happy, pleased and confident about the tour, the people and my diamonds.

It was amazing surprise when a friend brought me to Hanan Savransky boutique after the meeting without noticed, but I really enjoyed all products which are so beautiful and great design. Hanan Savransky is the best, he offers dedicated thru each item and service which I feel the trust from first moment . I would love to come back to here with my friends when we want diamonds:-))

Hanan Savransky is an absolute professional—knowledgeable and prompt. He made the diamond buying process incredibly easy, offering lots of information and suggestions. From the selection of stones, to creating just the right setting, he made it an enjoyable experience. The end product was even better than I imagined, and the price was stellar. When appraised in the United States, the appraisers were surprised at the very high quality of stones, generally not available in the United States. I can’t offer a higher recommendation. You won’t be disappointed.

I have done business with Hanan 2 times over the course of the past few years. His offerings are excellent, a great variety and of high quality. Recently, he forgot to have a ring inscribed before sending it to me so he arranged to have a jeweler near our home do it - at no charge to me. Hanan wants to make sure everything is right with your purchase. I highly recommend doing business with him.

Hannan of Savransky Private Jeweler is the personification of integrity and customer service. If jewelry design and diamond cutting are his craft and passion, customer satisfaction is a close second.

From our first meeting in Israel almost 4 years ago, when I bought 3 pieces, Hannan was patient in explaining the origins and processing of the diamonds in his designs, providing information without being overly pushy. When I had needed the clasp of the necklace adjusted months after I was back in NY, he identified someone who could fix the piece in NY at no cost to me.

Most recently I needed to have an adjustment to a piece and he picked up the cost of shipping the piece to Israel where he returned a beautifully embellished necklace.

I recently bought a beautiful pair of earrings, which I wanted customized for my personality. It took us a couple of weeks of zoom calls and renderings to make the earrings as I wanted. He was able to balance providing his professional opinion without dismissing my opinion to customize the earrings to my taste.

In summary, I would buy from him again. If ever in Israel, I highly recommend visiting him at the diamond exchange.

I can begin to tell you what wonderful experience this has been from the first day falling in love with my aquamarine ring to the many days before its arrival. At the time of my order from Israel (during the conflict) they monitored my purchase minute by through 24 steps before landing in San Francisco. In my 81years I have never received such careful kind attention to a purchase. I was treated as a important member of a family. Having received many gifts of rings over the years I can honestly say this is my favorite treasure.

Hanan Savransky helped me with the design and creation of a special engagement ring, he was not only patient, helpful and professional, but pleasant to work with. He made the experience memorable and i cannot recommend him enough.. You are the best.
