Purchased a IDM lifetime license key…
Purchased a IDM lifetime license key but after activation i came to know that license is valid only for 1 year so contacted support also for resolution or full refund, i have provided all the details which they have asked even though it's their mistake they didn't help to resolve that issue, & they deny to give full refund / to give lifetime license key. Now i have 1 year license key which is just waste for me
Edit: Reply to sayprint: Sorry I didn't recieved full refund from your team, don't say false statement please, it's just a partial refund, this purchase was total waste for me as I didn't got what I purchased
