Notorious for not giving points
It is now 15 days since i completed a survey for 200 points. I have a screenshot which says you have 'Successfully Completed the Survey' to prove I completed the survey, but STILL no points. Disgraceful. And I have made contact with their supposed HELP twice, but to no avail. Actually, make that 3 times now!
Finally got it sorted and have received the points after contacting them through their Facebook.

Hi Sussan, the status of activities will show as 'completed' in your profile meaning that you have 'finished' the activity, not neccessarily that you 'Qualified'. This is generally because a member has screened out, If you can share with us your account details we'll be able to see the exact activity and sort for you.

I like the surveys available and the rewards system. The community conversations are a nice touch, too. That said, I wish there were more survey opportunities—being limited makes accumulating points take much longer than I’d like.

Great first impression, but unimpressed after
Really quickly earned a $20 voucher. But after redeeming that one it seems I'm never eligible anymore for new surveys. Or they have enough people already even when I click the email URL within a few minutes. Not a very positive experience
