My property buyers had this firm as their solicitors. They caused lots of unnecessary delay and withheld information instead of communicating to the buyers what my solicitor was sending them. The property is in Oxfordshire. The lady who handled the transaction is unprofessional and inexperienced. Due to the delay she caused, we unnecessarily ended up paying another month of mortgage at a high variable rate (payment was 4 times what we usually pay).
As I type this message, she is ignoring my solicitor's emails and exchange and completion is today!
Please, avoid, unless you like stress and chasing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. I had to do much of the legwork, including investigating and connecting with the right people to move my case forward. Communication was poor, with few updates and slow or no responses to my inquiries. They didn’t seem to care about my case, often telling me they were busy and pushing deadlines week after week. It felt like I had to complain just to see any progress constantly. I wouldn’t recommend working with this firm based on my experience.
