If I could leave a 0 star i would do not give these scumbags any money I had their warranty company asking me to pay their debt

Staff team very helpful before and after car purchase. Supported when issues came up with cat and checking it and repairs. We're very responsive and efficient in repairs and checks

Great selection of well-maintained cars and outstanding customer service. CJ went above and beyond to assist me with the car I was interested in over the phone. He provided me with all the relevant information, reports and in-depth videos. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the whole team, especially Hamza. Had a problem with the car initially and returned it to Scarla, they checked the car and found the fault was a speed sensor. Unfortunately they couldn't get the part until the following day, but was told by Jack they would send a driver to my house ( which was a considerable distance) pick the car up, repair the fault, and return it the same day. Well pleased with the car so far.

They have been patient and courteous, running around making sure I could drive away my new scirocco before the weekend! All the staff that we dealt with in the purchase of our car were very helpful and in no way pushy and in no way made you feel pressured to buy .

Excellent (remote) car buying experience, made all the more pleasant by CJ who is the most positive person on earth! They couldn't do enough to help, sent me videos of the vehicle and lots of information up front, answered questions openly and immediately. I visited the showroom, (which is all very new and akin to that of a main dealer experience), to collect the car and everyone was really friendly, the owner Salvatore, popped in for a chat (with dog!), despite being near closing time there was no rush. Overall great experience, all felt open and honest from the start with lots of reassurances like AA standards, all vehicles serviced and MOT'd.

Wonderful experience with CJ and Hamza. They were friendly, informative and reassuring. We felt very comfortable buying our first car in the UK.

I 4was determined to find a decent Skoda Fabia Estate and due to recent operations, it had to be a Distance Buy which I had never done before. I had several bad experiences until I found a suitable Skoda at Scala Automotive. The difference was incredible, they could not have done more to help me. Jack on the phone answered all my questions, absolutely no pressure sale, documentation and photos of the car sent to me. The car was superb and like brand new at a very good price. I agreed to buy and the car was serviced, valeted, MoT’d that day. Incredibly it was also delivered later that evening. The car was AA inspected, recent cam belt change and had a 6 month warranty. The car exceeded my expectations in every respect and Im so grateful I found Scala. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Scala Automotive, just go there first and save yourself time in finding honest car sales. They actually do believe in customer satisfaction and deserve to be highly successful which I believe they will continue to be. Oh, I also met the owner, very hands on, very nice chap.

Stumbled upon Scala purely by chance via Autotrader.
The setup they have is so friendly and welcoming,car shopping with young children (which I was dreading) turned out to be an absolute breeze because of the well thought out reception area (tv, games, books, vending machines, giant oversized chairs with belts) and lovely staff- they took a particular shine to CJ.
The choice of cars was great and all at genuinely good price points, and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff.
Very happy customer, I’d happily recommend Scala to anyone in the car buying market !
