Ordered on Saturday afternoon ,had an e-mail Sunday morning to confirm and parcel delivered today Tuesday. It was very securely packaged and contents bubble wrapped and bagged separately .I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely order from them again.
10 out of 10.

Ordered some items on a Friday afternoon and they were delivered the next day. Very impressive. I have bought items from this company several times and have had nothing less than A++++ service. Well done Scale Model Shop keep up the good work.

Had a bit of a mess up with my order (probably my fault) - 2 items on the order that I wasnt aware that I'd ordered - mailed at 5.30pm on a Bank Holiday Monday to ask for help to sort it out - I got a mail at 9.00pm the same evening confirming a refund on the two items - really impressed - thanks John!!

Carries an excellent range of products and is my go to for modelling supplies. Good value and excellent service. I have always found deliveries to be prompt, well wrapped and undamaged. Top marks from me.

Good service and excellent prices. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Great selecton of products let down by lousy delivery sevice, Royal Mail.

I've placed a lot of order with SMS over the last year and have only every had absolutely stellar service with them!

Fast, and very helpful when I had a query about my order, can't beat these guys when it comes to getting scale models and paints!

Looks like a quality kit. Great service and very helpful staff.

I ordered a paint set, one of which had opened in transit (or possibly from a faulty seal). Absolutely no fault of Scale Model Shop, but they replaced the paint that had spilled, with 24-hour turnaround too. Brilliant service, will order from here again :)

More than happy to shop at Scale Model Shop again. I placed an order, as a first time customer, on Monday at 10:52. Received an e-mail at 13:51 to say that my order had been dispatched. I chose "Royal Mail 24" delivery which delivers in 1 to 2 days. RM notified me later that day at 17:14 that my parcel would be delivered between 09:26 and 13:26 the next day. On Tuesday morning I received the parcel at 09:33!!!
My order was well packaged and I received it in less than 23 hours from placing it on the website. Very pleased with the fast service and more than happy to shop at Scale Model Shop again.

Amazing service really quick delivery really happy

Great shop to deal with, very helpful and the packaging of the goods and service are excellent. First Class!

Excellent service, thanks for the swift delivery in these difficult times

I am always wary of companies who do not share their address so I made sure I paid with PayPal for an extra level of protection. Service was excellent, goods arrived within 24 hours. I advise you to put your address on your website as it must put a lot of people off!

Quick delivery and all well packaged. Definitely use again.

This shop is excellent! Service and selection of products is top notch and delivery always prompt.

Items ordered on time and exactly as per the description. I would use them again.

Great, quick service

Have bought quite a few items over the last 3 months and have to say that prices are good, delivery is exceptional and packaging is second to none. Really good place to shop.
