I ordered a bra from Bootstory I received it but the item was too small, I have tried emailing them to return for an exchange but the email address given is not known!
So I am assuming I am stuck with an item I can’t use and have lost £17!
Buy from British companies at least you can contact them if there’s a problem

CHAMPLAND STEEL is a liar company with representatives who also lie with no conscience. They will make a fool out of you right before your very eyes. Their manager Jonny told us he has shipped Steel Sheets to us and even shared pictures but when we received the shipment, it contained only Tiles. No Steel Sheets in sight! He scammed us and hasn’t replied to us ever since and hasn’t returned our money.

What shameful behavior this is. Sadly, Jonny has been doing this for way too long. He has scammed other people and companies. He needs to be stopped. I won’t recommend anyone to order anything from them. I will never do any business with them! SCAMMERS!

Ordered bourbon advent calendar. Received 3 empty bottles and some paper ornaments. Scam!

I placed an order for a bra royal black at £14.99 with mybootstory who are based in Singapore.The charge on my credit card was £16.49 which they said must be customs charge & it arrived faulty with a tear on strap.They refused to give me a refund & said it was correct when shipped so I will not be ordering from this company again.Please be aware of the bad service/extra charges/poor quality regards Michelle

My friend and I likewise have been ripped off by this company for the non existent decorated xmas trees. I did try to check Trust pilot but at the time nothing was coming up about this company otherwise would have steered clear.
Have written email reply as like another on here have the ad, order confirmation email with guarantee but like everyone else I doubt anything will come of this.

SO why is the useless UK GOVT Trade Department not doing anything? The govt claims it is negotiating trade agreements with China. Well I want to first see the Chinese govt round up and prosecute these scammers and return our money. If the govt cant do anything then I would rather we completely shut down all trade with China and invest instead in the countries we know do not sanction fraudster scams like this. Lets face it everyone of these scams can be traced back to China.

So so upset by this company - ordered two whiskey advent calendars - two small boxes arrived (not advent calendars) both printed with the title ‘abvent’ instead of ‘advent’, one labelled ‘Rum abvent calendar’ instead of Whiskey! Inside… 3 small empty plastic bottles, packaging paper and a load of tiny Christmas decorations!!! No whiskey, no advent calendar … so not item ordered in any shape or form. COMPLETE SCAMMERS - avoid at all cost (or it will cost you a lot of your hard earned cash)

Anelike.com is a scum can interpol shut down this company. I ordered pre lit Christmas tree as they advertised and recieved a plastic toy. If anelike.com you are reading this review you are bunch of thieve and you should be arrested

disgrace, have been chargin my card monthly and i am trying everything to get a refund.. i have stopped my card. I know where the shop is that this happened and im going there not alone.

I HAVE LEGAL TEAM DEALING WITH THIS NOW AS I STILL HAVE EMAIL OF ORIGINAL ORDER IN BLACK AND WHITE.
THE COMPANY WILL BE IN TROUBLE FOR SURE ONCE I SHOW THE LEGAL SOLISITOR ALL THESE REVIEWS OF THW SCAM.

Complained and they offered $14 refund as in their words was too much hassle to deal with. Refund very short f mark of what we paid, PayPal now involved. Absolute scam of company. Avoid at all costs

I have been using this product for a little over a year and i am happy to say that it is one of the best purchases i have ever made. it functions exactly as advertised and it looks great, too! What could be better_

Ordered fishing supplies, received 1 correspondence,"Order received".
That was 22 June 2021.
Amex showed charge, waited 40 days, no joy.
After 15 email requests on my part, still no response.
Draw tour own conclusions.
