The quality of the knives is superb. I am a repeat customer for gifts. I have barely had to sharpen my knives because they just don’t seem to blunt like others. I recently tried to order online and found the age verification process difficult and couldn’t email the company. I appreciated their efforts to follow up though and call me. So that’s great customer service. It all got sorted. 5 stars.

The pan depth has been reduced compared…
The pan depth has been reduced compared to identically described pan that I’m replacing. UPDATE: Scanpan contacted me following my review and helpfully explained that they have two depths of pan and offered to exchange mine. I declined because I’d already used it, but excellent quality of service.

Thank you for your feedback - we understand that you wanted the 26cm Deep Saute Pan and instead ordered the standard 28cm Saute Pan, which resulted in a shallower pan than desired. We're implementing changes to make the difference between these as clear as possible on the site.

Beautiful and practical premium quality…
Beautiful and practical premium quality pans. The service is first class with quick good advice and questions promptly answered. The wonderful items I ordered arrived almost immediately and wonderfully packed with no plastic. I've bought several different pans and they are all as good as new after a few years' use, and they are fantastic to cook with. Particulary amazing is the non-stick frying pans. The surface is still perfect and as if brand new! The technical design and craftsmanship is so well worth the price as these beautiful pans will last a lifetime and become family heirlooms.
