Do not order
I placed an order directly through Scarboroughjokeshop.com.
Once confirmation came I realised it would not be here in time so immediately emailed them to cancel the order. I heard nothing back then I received an email to say the order had been processed and again I emailed to say I was very disappointed that they had sent it anyway despite my cancelling. The order has since come, and I phoned to ask how to get my money back they said I have to pay to return it. I don’t see why I should have to do this when I already tried to cancel the order before it had been processed- very poor customer service, they do not reply to emails. I will not be buying them from them again and I am left with something I should not have to pay to return in order to get my money back.

Got these invisible dog leads as props for a theatre performance, and they are absolutely hilarious. They work perfectly on stage and get an instant laugh. I’m sure the audience will love them as much as we do. Delivery was fast (NL).
