I've started seeing Schallen products online, which made me curious as they sound German and I love German products. However, there's a flaw in the plan here, as Schallen have an umlaut above the c, and in real language you only ever umlaut ä, ö and ü. Sadly then, it seems Netagon, the owner of Schallen, have simply made the name up in order to con people into thinking they're getting a German product, when in reality they're getting a Chinese one. If you're going to lie to your customers, at least do your homework properly!

Worked three hours stopped changed fuse pin not that flimsy feet rattle

My remote control for Tower fan stopped working. can't replace battery as it seems stuck I contacted the company twice asking to buy a replacement. no response.

I bought my Schallen a year ago. I'm really happy with it. Use it daily. Have used the main oven only about 6 times since having it. Love the cooking speed. The succulent chicken. Roasted veg. Chips. Etc...
The only thing I would say is a negative is that the trays are losing they're non stick and are getting hard to clean. I would probably buy new trays soon if I can find replacements.
However, that said, I use it most days so they are well used.
Would definitely recommend. Very easy to use & great cooking results.

My heater failed and nearly caught fire. It lasted under 2yrs. Ive had other heaters that have lasted absolutely years with no issue. This heater was never moved. It stayed in my conservatory.
I emailed Schallen 3 times, no response nothing.

I wasnt looking for a replacement just a courteous response and apology but I received not even an acknowledgement. Shows how much they care about the safety of their products and customers!!!

Awful customer service, shocking product durability.

If there is no star then I will give it for them. Very poor technology.
I bought 2 Schallen Black 16" Oscillating Wall Mounted Air Cool Fan with 3 Speed Settings, Timer & Remote Control and exactly after 2 years their electronic buttons and remote control become useless and dysfunctional in both fans at the same time indicating poor technology and intentionally made limited age electronic cards of these fans that make functioning of the fans very limited and one of them become useless even when using the electronic key buttons on the fan without the remote control it will not work properly.
Therefore don't be fooled by their advertised quality of these fans. These are not worth for buying as they have very low age.

Worst customer services ever. So disrespectfull, not even the Decency of a reply. Don't use or shop with this company unless you want total frustration.
