First of all when they do have the time to respond they are very thorough. However I have a feeling there is not a lot of them behind the scenes to help with customer support. But they did always get back to me and answered every question. I was a little sketched out when they asked me to pay them via cash app to a personal account but it was a legitimate person from the company and it all worked out.

BUT HERES THE IMPORTANT PART- I PASSED!!!! I was a daily user of multiple substances. This really works! And I’m so grateful and thankful to them!!!!

I am incredibly impressed by this company. And though I am
not an expert in hair composition or testing I can certainly tell by scouring their research and science that they are! And thank God for that. After receiving my product and printing out the meticulous and detailed instructions I am 100 percent confident that I chose the very best option out there. And having that piece of mind means everything! I also have never had a company answer my texts and questions personally and at all diffrent hours including late at night and weekends. I have not had to use the product yet but I feel immense relief knowing i have the golden key in the wings for when that time comes. Thank you guys. Seriously. Im so thankful i found you!🙏

Unresponsive. Sent messages over multiple days trying to get some questions answered about the product and usage. No messages ever got returned.

The product actually works! I was super skeptical at first that it was a scam like every other hair detox, but it wasn't! Me and my husband both did the heavy tox crystal clear + the uv light and passed! My levels prior to using scitox detox crystal clear were a 7200 pg and after it didn't just lower levels they were not detected! And these guys answered all the million questions we had! I can't tell you how big of a positive impact your product has had in our lives! Thank yall so much

JUST WOW!! I've never experienced customer service on this level. Above and beyond doesn't begin to describe it. Blake Is laid back, calm and very knowledgeable. He's not annoyed when you're asking a million questions he's just outstanding! We paid to have our product shipped overnight and when there was a problem with shipping, even though he was out all of that product, he refunded our money graciously! Basically it looked like the product had just disappeared because ups didn't scan it. However 4 days later it arrived. Obviously we returned his money and he was insanely helpful! Any questions!!! Any times!! Patient, friendly and extremely honest and friendly! A+++++++++++++++! If it's important, you can't trust anyone else but them!! He actually cares about your successful results!!

I used the Crystalclear. In my sample I had periods of heavy and light use. I have had them do 4 segments which is equal to a year. I passed the hair drug screen. Blake is amazing and so helpful. Make sure you are honest with him about your use. He can't recommend the right products if he doesn't have all the information. I can't sing enough praises.

Highly recommend SciTOX Detox they definitely will get the job done . I had previously bleached my hair and colored over twice and used other cleansers. I tried twice with taking the test and failed both times. Last hopes was these guys and they were amazing wish I had found them first! They personally went over my exact situation and let me know exactly what to get. They answered all the questions I had very quickly and my products were delivered in 2 days and most importantly I passed completely negative for everything. This was my last chance at taking the test and they nailed it!!

I cannot say enough great things about this product! I couldn't help but be hesitant and wth the cost, I was even more afraid. However, my situation was desperate and it was my best bet. The people who helped me were amazing throughout the process. They helped answer all my questions and guided me through things when I wasn't sure. I was mostly concerned with my Cocaine use, but after 3 washes and a bleaching I even passed for my THC usage history! I won't be able to recommend them enough.

So grateful this company exists and so thankful to them for their help and guidance. Included in the price is essentially a personal drug testing coach and advisor. Kind of like a drug testing lawyer. They are extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of testing because they have been on all sides of it: conducting the tests, taking the tests, creating the solution to pass the tests. I have a biology/ laboratory background and was initially skeptical of the science based claims. But after several in depth conversations as well as taking and passing my test for heavy use of THC, alcohol, amphetamines and opiates I can confidently say their claims are valid. Also, theyre good, honest, caring people. I would recommend SciTox to anyone that needs to pass a test. I place my full trust in them.

Ecstatic about this companies products. They are the first to do it right and truly have almost 100% success rates. All other companies are blowing smoke up our asses.

I used them again and once again their product proved to be extremely effective in a short time frame. I was a heavy, daily user and only stopped a few days before starting the process. I used the system over 6 days this time in order to prevent it being too harsh on my hair or scalp. I definitely recommend spacing it out if you have the time to do so and you will notice that it is much less stressful when you dont procrastinate and not harsh at all this way. I would give this company and product 10 stars if I could because they deserve it. I've tried everything on Amazon to detox my hair, in vain. Because nothing worked for my levels. I was skeptical if this would actually work, but it did. They answered any questions I had in a timely manner, and had great customer service. If you’re in a pinch, I would highly recommend their products

They say if it's too good to be true, it's a scam, but not with this one. This is the ONLY 99.9% for sure process & products that works. Stop freaking out, stop looking at every product and their bs claims, and go to this place. I was a nervous mess until I saw the results myself. My biggest advice after a purchase here is to follow the directions to the T and you will be fine.

I’m a daily cannabis enthusiast and I’ve found this product to be incredibly effective, exactly as advertised. It successfully helps to pass hair tests, which really speaks to its reliability. Took about 20 to complete. It will damage your hair, after a week my hair is restoring without follicle loss. . However, I found incredibly useful. Due to its effectiveness, I’m planning to order another product, ‘Green Out,’ to keep on hand as a backup. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a trustworthy solution!

I have not experienced their products yet cause they never responded to me! And i am very disappointed cause I contacted them through phone call more than 10x couldn’t leave voicemail cause mailbox full and emailed them twice, send them messages through whatsapp 3x and finally my last call gave me chance to leave a voicemail one time and with all these communications i get zero response from them i was really disappointed frustrated the way they do their customer service! What went wrong? When i read they’re review i thought they have above and beyond customer service that they will guide and help they’re customers all throughout the time until they achieve they’re goals. But none of that are true! Its all a bluff deception.

What a product ! Paid for faster delivery from Texas to UK and received within 4 days. Definitely not a scam I was very skeptical when purchasing this product as I have tried literally every other product on the internet, some did bring my levels down but this is the product you want it killed all my levels to zero. I purchased white out with the extra washes as I ordered the non bleach version thank you to this company 100% recommend. Also very good communication (follow the detailed instructions) thanks again !
