This business is a fraud. They will steal your money and come up with every excuse under the sun not to refund. Avoid as best you can.

They will steal your money. Firstly they will tell you that they have no stock of the scooter you ordered. They will then offer you a Mearth (home brand) scooter at a higher price. You can request a refund but the refund will never be processed. My daughter saved for a long time ti buy this scooter. Bunch of thieves.

Scootcity Would have to be the worst business I have ever had to deal with they advertise products they don’t have in stock promise a refund a number of times only stringing you out for six months until some stock arrives only to try push more crappie scooters that ones not interested in so then the refund story comes again so I play the waiting game again for my f#*cking money

Stay Away, these people dupe you. I ordered a ninebot max G30, after months of not hearing from them I emailed them, they offered me 3 other scooters, fine, I chose one, then that very day they magically had a ninebot I ordered in stock, all good that's what I ordered anyway. Gets here, it's the smaller version, the cheaper version, the G30LP I emailed them, heard nothing at all back, done a review on their fb page, deleted. These people are shameless. I stream on twitch and will be telling everyone to stay away, ill make sure no one I know buys from them thats for sure. Unprofessional and poor service.

Scoot City appear to be owned by Mearth Australia. Anyone still having issues getting their scooters from Scoot City should be aware of this and begin raising their issues with Mearth directly. This is why they have tried to get people to take Mearth scooters over the Segway scooters they contracted to sell and are now refusing to do so, since they can get those at manufacturer cost.

This is a Scam! Do not buy from this website. They will waste your time and money. They will offer you other products and will send a fake tracking number. Do not buy anything from this website!

Be careful about this online shop as it's a scam. they don't have a physical address or phone number and no way to contact them.
I was scammed with $659, glad it wasn't more money.

Terrible after sales service.
Product broken within a month, list of issues with the X Pro which weren’t fixed, I gave up, and demanded they collect the scooter for a refund.

scammers :-( this is devastating i brought the scooters as a gift and now theyre not refunding me as they said the scooter i purchased is not in stock and tried to give me some Mearth scooter but i want the one i purchased, now they say they will refund but i have seen nothing.

Terrible communication - Scammed on scooter sale then tried to bait and switch, waited 7 months and when I finally got sick of them saying my scooter would arrive this month it took another 2 months to get a refund processed. STAY AWAY!

After many years of online shopping this is by far the worst company anyone could deal with. There tactics are dodgy i.e. also known as Scoot City Australia. I have been requesting a refund for sometime and no support has been given. The mearth pro has multiple faults and I am afraid if I use and it breaks during use these faults could lead to serious injury of DEATH!! I have sent my scooter to be fix to only get it back more broken. How could a company be so bad it still amazes me. Even with that mentioned, they are unsupportive. I have been told a manager would contact me....however nothing. I am now preparing a report for the ACCC and will passively advocate for no one to ever use this company. Scoot City being there new branding now has no options for reviews on google and facebook...I wonder why. If you have time to read previous reviews, I am not the only one who as been victim to this dodgy money, hungry and abusive company. They abuse, threaten and manipulate their international staff who are probably too scared to say something.

You have been warned. I would hate someone else to pay so much money for a 'reliable' product when they happen to fork out a large sum of their financial funds to only have a product that fail on them. If I could advocate harder to ensure not one more dollar is spent on this company again, I will.

Current update of 25/08/2021. Still no assistance or contact from management who process refunds as they are nowhere to be seen.

So dodgy, bought a Ninebot scooter on Boxing Day and still no stock ? Trying to offer me another brand

Placed a order still waiting for confirmation of my order. Have tried to contact them with no response.has anyone got a way of contacting them.

There is no shop in Australia. Dodgy webpage saying Australian store. They tried to offer me a cheaper scooter after I paid, saying they would waver the extra $50 cost. They had the wolf warrior in stock on their webpage that I purchased. There was no Wolf warrior in stock. No contact returned except for uselsss emails. I had to get very demanding to get my money back. After the bad experience I read other reviews with people with exact same issues. Buyer beware. Never again for me. I wish I read the reviews first. Company needs to be shut down

Absolutely disgusting form by a retailer. Same experience as all these reviews, ordered, paid, received email advising out of stock when on their website it states 'in stock', tried to upsell me a 3k merth scooter, declined and asked for immediate refund, received another email offering me a cheaper Merth scooter, I responded by threatening with ACCC which I will if this matter is not resolved quickly, agreed on a refund with no timeframe, demanded a timeframe, no response.

Ordered a discounted Segway Ninebot Max on boxing day 2020, we're now in August and this still hasn't been fulfilled. Queries or complaints have been met with Mearth scooter upsell templates. They have been periodically selling these both on back order and as in stock over the months have this exact model as well as version 2 as in stock on their site as I write this, yet again I have been denied. There are forums full of people claiming bait and switch tactics, I don't have the money for a full price scooter so I held on. I am currently raising a complaint with Fair Trade, hopefully they will investigate and hold them accountable if they are doing this. Buyer beware.

I placed an order for an e-glide G60, shortly after received an email stating that they were out of stock and was offered a Mearth brand scooter. I declined the offer, cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I received the refund roughly a week after requesting it. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that the pandemic is disrupting supply, however do be cautious when purchasing from here.

Dodgy as hell. Advertised a ninebot segway scooter. Once they have your money the will say its on backorder and push their crappy scooters to you.
