We would like to clarify the situation publicly to ensure full transparency.
You have successfully completed two prior withdrawals, even though your account did not comply with the Bonus Terms. As we cannot continue to provide you with the priviledge the current withdrawal request is temporarily on hold due to unfulfilled trading conditions related to an accepted bonus program.
When the bonus was credited, the client explicitly agreed to the Bonus Terms and Conditions, which clearly state that specific trading volume requirements must be met before profits generated with bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is standard practice across the industry and is transparently disclosed in our legal documentation.
It is important to clarify that this is not a refusal to return funds without reason. The withdrawal is paused strictly because the contractual bonus conditions have not yet been fulfilled.
Once one of the qualifying conditions is completed, the withdrawal will be processed accordingly.
We have explained this via email and live chat, and we remain ready to assist the client in completing the required conditions.

The accounts involved were technically linked through identical device fingerprint, network configuration, IP address, and port usage.
This determination was not based on IP address alone.
Initial deposits were fully returned.
Trading profits generated while the accounts were in breach of our KYC and AML policies were not approved.
ScoreCM does not withhold client capital and does not benefit from restricted accounts. All actions taken were in line with our published policies and international compliance standards.
Repeated reviews using different accounts or identities do not change the factual or regulatory basis of this decision. Any party seeking clarification may request a formal compliance explanation through our official support channels.

Not good
I traded mostly Gold with this broker. However if I compare trade execution, slippage and spreads, there are many better brokers available who are also regulated. More over withdrawals process is extremely slow. I do not recommend trading with this broker

As stated within our Terms and Conditions, scalping is not supported in ScoreCM. During the news, considering that each order goes to STP(Straight-Through Processing), it is most likely to experience a difference in the price as the price rises and decreases within the same split second. As most of the trades are executed within ten seconds, it is again most likely to experience such price differences. We, as ScoreCM, would love to help you regarding any inconveniences if you had reached out to us first.
ScoreCM is not a market-maker. Every trade executed on our platform goes to T1 LPs.
