Bought some Great Arran cheese and Macsween haggis from the Scottish Store for our early Burns Supper and it was spot on. The cheese was fresh and full of flavour, and the haggis was really good too.

Everything arrived well packed and bang on time. Would happily order again.

Excellent website and first class delivery

Excellent service and outstanding Scottish produce. Everything was beautifully presented and carefully packaged. The Isle of Mull Cheddar was superb, the Stag rosemary biscuits were a real highlight, and the Aberdeen Angus ribeye was exceptional quality. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and the whole experience felt very professional yet personal. Highly recommend Scottish Store & Deli and will definitely be ordering again.

I made an (20 June) order, they said 1-3 days delivery. After five days I emailed them, after 6 days I emailed them, after 7 days I emailed and phoned them. I got a cursory reply with no useful information. They phoned, I got angry, they cancelled my order without reference to me, and are to refund me. I won't deal with this firm again. Update (6 July): They are sitting in my refund and not paying (even Paypal commented on this). Make of that what you will. But be advised that this firm has a 2.8 review rating.
P.S. Paypal found in my favour. Result. I have been refunded the amount of the order I made. However, the Scottish Store has not returned the amount I paid them for postage, why does that not surprise me?.
Update 4 Sept.: two days after mentioning the absence of my postage the Scottish Store has returned my postage. I think this shows the value of reviews.

Ordered and paid for a selection of items which was received over a week late. Then found one of the items purchased was missing. They confirmed the error but did not provide a refund. I have written on numerous occasions but they have ignored my emails.

Ordered our Chieftan Haggis a couple weeks ago, put yesterday as delivery date. We received no email confirmation and couldn’t reach anyone from shop. From other reviews we were really worried it was maybe a scam…….But yesterday our Haggis did arrive, beautifully packaged! I called the number on the postcard inside the package and spoke to a lovely chap who explained he thinks their confirmations are going to junk and it’s something he is working on.

Ordered our haggis for our burns night this Saturday and was delivered on time. Looking forward to trying Campbell’s haggis this year. Also they have a great selection of Scottish cheese !

I placed my order and received confirmation email . I then read the reviews and panicked Emailed them but didn’t get a response. Answered my call on about the third try and assured me everything was in order. Worrying for nothing . Order came well packed , ice was still frozen . Here’s to a good burns night

Never received items (wanted a specific cheese for Christmas which never came, would’ve sourced elsewhere if
I had known not coming). Tried to increase delivery charge by £9.99 (had already paid £8.99). When I declined, no answer. I contacted them to see what was happening- told I had been refunded- hadn’t. Had to chase refund again. Did get refunded eventually (one month after original order) but would not recommend/ use again.

Well I ordered my haggis and black pudding for Christmas and then read the reviews and was so worried but no its all arrived today a day before delivery was due .
I also contacted them to check delivery and they emailed straight back.
Have they got new management I wonder

Do not order from this company! I ordered on 7th Jan for Burns Night and when the order arrived (late), 3 items were missing. I have been unable to contact them by phone or email to arrange refund. Very disappointing!

I had a very similar experience to other reviewers. I ordered cheese and haggis with next door delivery. Items took a week to arrive - missed Burns Night completely - and when they did eventually turn up, some of the items had been substituted. One cheese wasn't even Scottish. Very, very disappointed. It wouldn't have been so bad had customer service at least communicated with me to say they had a problem but emails and phone went unanswered.

Had used this company for Burns Night in Jan 22 and 23 no problems at all. Jan 10th 24 l placed my usual order for delivery on the 22nd and this was confirmed by email. By the 22nd l began to start to think l had my delivery day wrong, tried to contact the company by emails and phone calls with no answer to either....found this page...and could not believe it !!! Contacted PayPal and l am awaiting a refund minus £5.99 admin charge told them it's a scam !! Iuckily managed to source all my order bar the Whisky Sauce which l had to make including setting fire to the Whisky during it's preparation..not for the faint hearted. Had a great Burns Night on 25th only the Scottish Store left a bad taste in the mouth. This site needs taking down!!

I’ve ordered before from this company and had no problems even though an item was missing from the order they resolved it quickly at all so I didn’t think to check reviews.
Now my order has not been delivered and nor can I get hold of anyone. It’s Burns night tomorrow so too late to find what I need and get it delivered in time elsewhere. Think they may have gone under??

Placed an order on 15th January and received an email with an order number. Their website states 2-3 days delivery so when no tracking info was received and no goods were delivered I used the online contact form with no email confirmation or response from them. I have tried calling the number on their website at various times throughout the day dozens of times for three days but it just rings out with no one answering. Searched Google and found this page too late. Contacted PayPal who are now investigating and looking to resolve this scam and are aware of all complaints on this page. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! Good luck to everyone else who has been scammed, I hope we all get our money back.

Scam, not a kosher company but will take your money, you will receive nothing

Unfortunately did not read the reviews until it was too late! I have contacted my bank who advised I have to wait 15 days from when transaction went through until they can raise a dispute. I have tried phoning them Scottish Stores 20 times, tried emailing and nothing. I looked on Google Maps and the address for All Over Foods Ltd (Scottish Stores Co Ltd) is Willow House, Grangemouth and this office has a great big To Let sign outside of it. Has anyone else managed to get their money back?

Atrocious DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I’ve reported them to PayPal so I hope I get my money back - complete scammers

Delivery delayed with no contact until cancellation request. Multiple products substituted without warning. Uncontactable by phone and email.
