Sorry you feel this way, we did everything we could from our end to assist you. We do require items to be returned to us before we can give refunds, we were able to provide a free return label but you explained to us you threw the part in the bin and felt you didn’t have to return the item. Returning items for refunds is standard practice with online retailing, especially considering how valuable your order was.
Great quick service and very polite
Booked my phone in for repairs, very helpful, friendly guy. Ready on time, text reminders really helpful.

Focused on a good customer experience
Wrong screen sent and wrong colour, no response when tried to contact. Very disappointed will not be using again. Bought correct screen from different company
David from screen doctor got in touch and explained the difficulties with trying to in touch. Issue has been resolved after the misunderstanding. Very pleased with the customer care provided

We only supply refurbed screens on the X models and up and will always prefer a refurbished iPad/iPhone screen over a 3rd party. Very few issues and if so, always resolved quickly and without fuss.
