I attended a production of Wicked Wizard of Oz last year and, based on my personal experience, I felt the quality of the show did not match the premium ticket price. A number of audience members appeared to leave before the performance ended, which contributed to an overall disappointing experience.

Following the event, I understand that some attendees had difficulty obtaining refunds, and I personally found communication from the company to be limited after the show. I also noticed that online reviews I had previously seen were no longer available, although I cannot confirm the reasons for this.

More recently, I have come across what appears to be a new company or production with similarities in branding or concept. I do not have confirmation that this is the same organisation, but the resemblance prompted concern based on my prior experience.

I would encourage others to do their own research before purchasing tickets and to consider recent, verifiable reviews when making a decision.

The positive reviews were left by friends and family, which is in breech of regulations.
