Beware no returns or exchanges. Customer service is just an AI bot that is useless.
My teenage son ordered a hoodie for his girlfriend. It cost $130. He ordered the wrong size and was trying to exchange it. They never sent an order confirmation email so we have no order number to reference and that is the only way to process the return. When you try to contact customer service it is a bot that simply replies asking you for the same information you have already provided them 5 times. There is no customer service contact number listed anywhere so the chat bot is the only option. Horrible and now out $130. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Received my package and it was…Destroyed
Received my package and it was absolutely shredded and destroyed. Carrier tried to retape it and still delivered. Item was damaged. Contacted the carrier and opened a claim with photos then was told to contact Scuffers to have them contact the carrier to resend the item. Now am being ghosted by them and have commented like 30 times on social media, emailed multiple times and no response. Awful customer service will not shop with them anymore and will be filing a chargeback with my bank.

Considering the tshirt I bought cost me £50+, the quality of the item is awful. The material is thin, the stitching is poor and the sizing is off.
I wouldn’t recommend paying full price directly from Scuffers, and if you really want a Scuffers item, I’d recommend looking on Vinted instead.
Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM SCUFFERS.
I ordered two pieces of clothing in early November 2025. After waiting over a month and a half, the items finally arrived — only for me to realise the sizing was completely wrong and the cuts were horrible. Nothing like what was advertised. Completely unwearable.
That’s when the nightmare started.
I contacted Scuffers to return the items, only to be told I had to pay for return shipping myself. This cost me $60 AUD out of my own pocket, which is already ridiculous considering the product quality was not as described.
I followed all their instructions exactly, used the address provided by Scuffers, packed the items properly, took photos and proof of everything, and sent the parcel.
Then — unbelievably — one month later the items were sent back to my house.
No explanation. No warning. No accountability.
When I contacted Scuffers asking why this happened, they couldn’t even tell me the reason. Shortly after that, they completely stopped responding. I emailed them over 10 times, just trying to resolve the issue. Nothing. Total silence.
Eventually, I finally received a response and was sent a link to process the refund and return the items again — except, shockingly, the link doesn’t work. When I enter my order number, it says the parcel has already been returned, because they never updated their system from the first return attempt.
So now I’m stuck:
Months later
Out $60 in shipping
With clothing that doesn’t fit
And still no refund
This has been dragged out for months, and the issue is still not resolved.
This company is completely unprofessional, disorganised, and careless with customers’ money. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect help — you’ll be ignored.
Anyone thinking about buying from Scuffers: DO NOT.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress. I will be taking this further.
Poor customer service, damaged item
Got an item from London and once opened at home it was damaged. Contacted them as i don’t live near so couldn’t return to store n they refused to give a new one undamaged even if i sent mine back to them? Said i can have 15% off my next order and when pushed for more due to me needing to re-purchase it i was hoping for at least a reasonable amount of money off, they have now stopped responding to emails. Good clothes but awful customer service, is a shame when damaged item was nothing to do with me but those working there couldn’t empathise and help. The items are expensive i would expect either 25% off next time or a new item just for free as it is not my fault the damage

I purchased a hoodie last year and found that it had damage to the zipper. I used the chatbot on the website that verified the damage and said that someone would be in contact to arrange a replacement - this never happened. I repeated the same process a month later in the new year, and again nothing happened. I then went into the London pop-up store asking for help and was given an email address - again, never received a reply.
I went into the London pop-up AGAIN and spoke to a member of staff who contacted head office on my behalf. He ended up taking the hoodie off me and said that head office would be in contact in the next couple of days to arrange my replacement. It's now been over three works and I've heard nothing from them! The in-store team member has been helpful, but he said that head office said they'd emailed me and received no reply!!! (they hadn't contacted me at all). Unsure what to do and what's happening, but I'm currently without the product I paid for and being ignored by their online customer service.

These guys literally robbed my teenage son by refusing to exchange a gift purchase still in its packaging because the gift had been purchased outside of the return eligibility. We DID NOT WANT A RETURN. We wanted a size exchange. Great way to teach kids about social responsibility. This brand can eat one.

Don’t order from this company!!! I bought a sweater that was damaged. I don’t get any refound ore a new sweater. And the only answers is by AI. Know they say that the order dosent exist. Warning!!!
I genuinely regret ever ordering scuffers
I genuinely regret ever ordering from Scuffers.
Their return system failed in December and would not generate a label. I contacted them on 13 December, and on 14 December their team emailed me full return instructions and a warehouse address in Spain. I followed those instructions exactly and shipped the parcel on 17 December. I have proof of postage and their written instructions.
Months later, they claim the return “is not flagged” in their warehouse and refuse to issue a refund because there was no tracking number — despite the fact that I followed the exact process they provided after their own system error.
Since then there has been silence and no real attempt to resolve the issue.
No refund. No ownership. No accountability.
I wish I had never done business with this company and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, do not expect it to be handled properly.

Service client inexistant avec le traditionnel "Nous sommes sous fortes demandes en raison des périodes de fêtes, notre délai de traitement peut se rallonger".
Autrement dit, si vous avez un soucis avec le vêtement, la taille ou quoi que ce soit, pendant les fêtes, c'est finit, vous n'aurez jamais aucun retour pour vous aider.
Je ne commanderais plus jamais chez eux, équipe de fraudeur et absolument incapable.
( Je précise, ils ne lisent pas vos mails, ça ne sert donc à rien d'en faire des fournis avec recours légaux ).

Jeg har returneret mine varer og bedt om fuld refund, men Scuffers ignorerer konsekvent alle mine beskeder om refund. I stedet bliver jeg ved med at få krav om betaling for fragt til en ombytning, som jeg gentagne gange har sagt, at jeg ikke ønsker.
Jeg har skrevet flere gange uden svar. Meget dårlig behandling af en simpel refund‑sag.

I am disgusted with the poor service at Scuffers. I ordered a hoodie in November, which was shipped 2 weeks later but a t-shirt was sent instead. I returned it immediately and I’m STILL waiting for a replacement. All replies to my countless messages have been repetitive auto-responses.
I’ve even written to the CEO and had no response.
I will never by this brand again- it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

My order which was a Christmas gift was never received. It apparently went missing with the courier, although there was never an update for it after the initial sale and order processing . I was refunded for the goods but have still been charged the £10.00 delivery fee, which I find highly unacceptable, as it was through no fault of my own yet I am out of pocket. Terrible customer service and will not be purchasing again.
