Kris Buchanan did some work for me recently, very thorough in his preparation and got me the result I was looking for. Very happy and would recommend Kris and Scullion Law.

After being stopped by the police and wrongly charged with careless driving I really didn't think there was any chance I would keep my licence or at least get maximum points and a large fine. I spoke to Kris Buchanan who reassured me that he would do all he could to save my licence, to say that he went above and beyond is an understatement not only did I keep my licence I walked away from court with a clean licence after being found not guilty. I can't recommend Scullion Law highly enough especially Kris who I will be forever grateful to.

I unfortunately Found myself in a position where I needed legal representation, while it was an extremely stressful time for me, I could not thank Kris Buchanan enough for his time, expertise, support. He guided me through the whole process and explained everything to me. He kept me calm during the hearing and trial and we got an amazing outcome. Kris Buchanan represented myself in a driving matter where I thought I would not be able to keep my license, due to flaws with the crown and his great work we saved my license. Highly recommend.

can’t thank Stephanie enough for the support and the outcome of my case, was facing a careless driving charge along with drink driving charge, Stephanie was able to get the careless driving charge dropped and I walked away with a 9 month ban, small fine and will need resit my tests very satisfied with this outcome as it could have been a lot worse without her help, Stephanie talked me through every step and process, her caring nature helped put my nerves at ease, couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer that actually cares about the client along side doing her best to help the case, thank you so much.

My solicitor Anna MCKay has been amazing all the way through from the first consultation with her until my trial yesterday , if I had any questions at any time it was never a problem for Anna , who really put me at ease as I had never been in criminal situation . Fantastic institution, worked hard to get the result we both felt was the right one and came out winning the case with no charges against me.

Michaels been my lawyers twice now. Most recently got my court case dismissed without having to go into trial. Fantastic guy and would highly recommend him. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I do, Micheal will be my go to.
