I received the red drum yesterday. It was delivered in perfect condition ... thank you! I cooked some today, and it was super fresh and fantastic! I am definitely a repeat customer!

Excellent Quality along with great customer service.

Not what I thought it was the taste was not there

When FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address, Sea to Table customer service was amazing. They immediately shipped out a replacement order. When the second delivery also has issues and was delayed 2 days, customer service assured me that if the seafood was not fresh when it arrived, they’d replace it as well. The fish was so well packed, it arrived still partially frozen. All seafood I’ve gotten from S2T has always been to quality. Can’t recommend them more highly.

It arrived fully frozen even though the box was a bit damp. We have been experiencing record heat along with much of the country.

The fish is extremely high quality and fresh. When I open my packages of salmon, shrimp and scallops, I know exactly what I'm going to get. No surprises. Consistently very, very good.

This shipment I ordered EZ Peel jumbo gulf shrimp which is advertised as deveined & easy peel. 30% (3 of 10 total) of them were not deveined or EZ peel. I ended up having to inspect each one, devein & split the shell. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until after I had already cooked them so the sauce/herbs were washed off after deveining them & cooled them down which decreased enjoyment of the meal. Lesson learned

The quality and delivery was great- as I'd hoped. I was nervous about the transit time, however, the recycled packing insulation and dry ice worked perfectly to keep my order frozen through the delivery process. The quality of the seafood ( so far) has been great. Customer service via email has been very responsive to my questions as well. I do recommend this sustainable seafood company!

Have had subscription for a while now. Product always arrives frozen and fresh. Company provides excellent email communication regarding order confirmation and shipping details. (Hopefully, you have a reliable and respectful Fed Ex delivery person...).

I had delivery issues with 2 salmon lovers boxes. Sea to table was not responsible for the problem. However when my shipment arrived warm without any ice left, Sean at sea to table stayed in constant contact and reshipped the order immediately. No questions asked. I can't say enough about this quality product, company and service. I'm a customer for life!

We ordered Alaska Sockeye Salmon, Wild Gulf Shrimp and Pacific Black Cod. The gulf shrimp were very good, even for someone who isn't a huge shrimp fan. We have not tried the cod yet. We were a bit disappointed with the salmon, I would say it was average and for average salmon I can go to my local grocery store. I do go salmon fishing in Alaska every year so I would say we are a bit more picky than the average salmon consumer.

Ordering was easy, prices were fair and order showed up on time and as described. If the cod is good we will probably order from Seat to Table again but probably not the salmon.

We’ve been getting Sea2Table now for about 3 years. The seafood is very good and the portions are great for the two of us. But what is head and shoulders above the rest is customer service. Twice our package has been lost or destroyed. I reached out to customer service and they reshipped the order - no questions asked. Customer service is always quick to respond and always helpful. I would give 10 stars if I was allowed.

Efficient, packaging was sturdy and informative, variety of fish was all high quality sustainable cuts. Enjoyable meals were made with all fish!

We have purchased salmon several times now and can’t get over how fresh and flavorful it is despite having to travel so far to our kitchen! We can’t imagine buying it anywhere else now.

Most delicious fresh seafood delivered fast in an icy container. Love it!
