This seashell pendant has been on my wish list for a while but there are so many beautiful things to choose from it’s taken me a while to order it. Easy website to use. First of all, I was impressed with the lovely packaging and reused it as this was a gift. The necklace seems very well made and just the right size and I like the idea that it's based on a real shell. It's a 30th birthday present for my Goddaughter and I'm sure she'll love it!

I had contacted a number of jewellers to commission a piece for my other half as a birthday present; I wanted a sterling silver replica of our puppy's milk tooth and fully appreciated it was a strange request - having had no replies, I dropped Louisa a line.

She came back to me within a few hours and was happy to assist. She gave an overview on what she could do and we discussed what I would like. She requested the tooth be sent and she would see what she could do. She also made it clear that there was a possibility that it might not work due to the delicate nature of the tooth.

Due to her popularity, she also explained that it might take a few months to do.

I was overjoyed when I received an email picture out of the blue (well in advance of the proposed timeline) of the piece. Louisa was a professional throughout and managed my expectations and did everything for the piece to work. Her jewellery is beautiful and the crafts(wo)manship in the item is fantastic - my partner and I are both thoroughly impressed with the puppy tooth. Thank you so much
