Door double glazing panel
This is the first time in ordering double glazing panel and the website made this quite an easy task. Easy to input the dimensions and choose other extras for it.
Good delivery options and we choose the free one and the panel was delivered on time.
The panel was a perfect fit with no issues at all.
Good email communication throughout the process and would happily use them again.

Delivery was unwrapped
Delivery was unwrapped, u protected piece of glass. First delivery had the corner chipped off. Very slow delivery, then had to wait a other two weeks+ for a replacement piece.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. The window units were cheap but they were poorly finished. One had marks on the inside of the glass and both units were covered in spots and smears of black sealant, which took a bit of effort to remove. They came without any protection, which I knew beforehand, so I had prepared an area in the garage putting some dust sheets down to protect the edges. However, the delivery guy put them straight down on the drive and then rang the doorbell and left. I had to pick stones out of the edges. I don’t know how they will perform in the long term, but as I said, you get what you pay for!

Would recommend as always done exactly as required and used multiple times. Delivery guys always lovely. Would have been five stars but delivery is sometimes a “surprise”. Luckily I wfh so never had a resulting issue.

Great place to get replacement double glazed sealed units

One star because I can't leave zero
One star because I can't leave zero. Shocking service. 2 months to deliver one small pane of glass. Never answered questions regarding delivery of whichthere were many. I will never use this company again. I even received two texts on separate occasions informing me my order for a double glazed unit had been delivered. I didn't order a double glazed unit.. Absolutely hopeless.

Very poor quality and late
Takes a long time to arrive and wasn’t given even an estimate day, it was simply lucky I was in. Delivery driver was really nice but the sealed unit was poor quality. The fitter had to cut down much of the overflowing black as there were thick lumps over 10mm in some places. I’ve have sealed units from other places and usually it’s flush and even so the glass sits evenly — but this was horrendous. Just so messy and was still tacky when it arrived you could sink your finger into it and any hair or dust got stuck to it.
Wouldn’t order from here again and would definitely not recommend it. Fitter was appalled by the quality and I just hope it doesn’t fail, I’d probably pursue a small claim if it does as I’ve evidence everything with photographs.
