Competitively priced
Competitively priced, had some issues with delivery, but, emailed them, and got a very prompt response, with an answer, and a new scheduled delivery date. If youre happy to wait a couple of weeks for them to be delivered, this is a company to use, and, as im sure will happen, I will be using them again for any other units I may need in the future.

Ordering the glass was very easy and straightforward. The price was great. The only thing that let the whole thing down was the delivery driver just left the glass outside on full show to the world. He could have simply put it two feet to his right behind the wall 🤷♂️🙄

Ordered an opaque unit mid June
Ordered an opaque unit mid June. Delivery was 5 weeks later and the unit was different to what I ordered. I have now been informed I need to wait until the end if September for a correct replacement.

I have pros and cons with this company.
Pros - the unit it self was good. High quality and it fitted like a glove.
Cons - customer service. There doesn’t seem to be any real communication going on between production and customer service. I don’t believe these girls actually know when units will be delivered. Giving the option of a 3-5 day delivery is disillusioning to people as they can’t fulfil this option. At a price of £150 it just isn’t worth it. Good customer service is essential to a good business. If this company got that right, they would save themselves a lot of trouble. Would I use them again? Yes, because the product is good. I would though be totally prepared for not knowing when the unit will arrive.

Glass panes arrived exactly as planned. Quality was good, price was fair. Only down size was the wait for delivery. It was exactly as stated, but was a couple of weeks between order and delivery.

One star. Would not recommend. Six weeks of missed dates, false "delivered" claims, and no accountability.
I ordered a sealed unit for a window on 22 May. What should have been a straightforward order turned into six weeks of chasing and missed delivery dates.
The original delivery date (8 June) needed changing due to a prior holiday commitment. I called three times, leaving my number each time, asking for a callback. Nobody ever called back. The only way I got a response was by email – and to be fair, the person who replied by email was helpful and polite throughout. It shouldn't take giving up on the phone entirely to get a reply.
The rescheduled date of 17 June came and went with nothing delivered and no explanation. A few days later, while I was away with my phone off, I received a delayed SMS saying the driver was "at my door." Nothing was left. The following day I received a text stating "delivery completed, thank you for your business" – which was simply false. I had to chase them again to get this corrected.
Rescheduled twice more, then missed the third window entirely. A new date of 1 July was set, then pushed to 3 July between 2 and 4pm. I stayed in all day. Nothing arrived. After 4pm I emailed for an update – no response. Before 6pm, with no delivery and no word from them, I had to cancel my evening plans. I then tried their live chat around 7pm, despite it being advertised as staffed until after 9pm, and was told no one was available. I left a message. No response that evening or that night.
At 9:25am the following day, the driver called saying he'd arrive in 10 minutes, with no prior warning after everything that had happened. When I asked why the delivery had been missed the day before, his explanation was that he'd had an eye test. He also mentioned, unprompted, that he'd hurt his back the day before, informing me of this while carrying the unit up himself. When I tried to inspect the unit for damage, he left abruptly saying he'd left his van open, and stayed there rather than returning to let me finish checking it with him present.
The unit itself was fine – undamaged, no visible faults. But that's beside the point. The product was never the issue. The issue is a company that misses its own delivery commitments repeatedly, texts customers with false "delivered" confirmations, is unreachable by phone, ignores emails and live chat inside of its own stated availability, and leaves the customer to chase every single update.
If you're considering ordering from Sealed Units Online, be prepared to:
* Chase them constantly for basic information
* Have delivery dates missed more than once
* Possibly be told something was delivered when it wasn't
* Get little to no communication when things go wrong
The product may turn out fine in the end, but the process to get there was stressful, disruptive to my personal life, and completely avoidable with basic professionalism and communication. I can't recommend this company based on this experience.

I have used SealedUnitsOnline a number of times now and am very happy with the quality of the products. Ordering is easy and allows many choices to suit any requirement with free delivery should you not mind waiting a little bit longer. Orders are fulfilled within the estimated date given, however, if there is a downside, it's that the double glazed units ordered are left outside your property without any notification that they have arrived! It doesn't seem right that you open your door to go out only to find that your windows are there propped up against the wall!.

Great product and service
Really easy online ordering system and product arrived on the estimated delivery date. Product arrived in perfect condition and appears top quality. Measurements were spot on, not even 1mm variance.
I wasn't at home when it arrived, but it was unpackaged and left carefully placed.
I actually wasn't sure exactly when it would arrive as the estimated delivery date was specified in the initial order confirmation and it did arrive on that date, although I assumed I might receive an update with confirmed delivery date which wasn't the case. So overall great service and will use again. The only improvement would have been getting confirmation of delivery date.

Easy to use website
The website was very easy to use and listed numerous options for glass thickness and finishes. The double glazed units are very competitively priced providing you can wait the 3 weeks or so for standard delivery. The delivery driver was brilliant, unloading the units in the middle of a heat wave and bringing them to the door.
