Very good service. We had slight problem with unit after it had been installed for 10 months. Sealed Units Online replaced it with no quibble and sent out a replacement promptly. Great communication.

Happy to take my money. Much less interested in supplying the goods I paid for, answering my emails or phone calls. Gave up trying after 3 weeks.

My whole experience of this company is lie after lie from totaly incompetant staff who obviously had no intention of sticking to the contract.
Please please do not sent these twisters any of your hard earned money, with a little luck, they will go belly up very soon.

You allege the driver tried to deliver the product but we are a BUSINESS so you should not expect the CEO to leave his meetings to receive a phone call on his PERSONAL MOBILE.

This is said on the assumption that you did attempt to deliver and that is assuming you had the right product as we don’t know that.

We give you ONE FINAL CHANCE for delivery by the 3rd of July and if you fail we will charge back the credit card and raise an official complaint with the Credit card merchant.

The LEGAL STANDING of our chargeback is as follows

1. We ordered product and it has not been handed over to us. If it is not handed over personally to us we CANNOT PAY for what we have not received.
2. Your state the product was made to order, why should a redelivery from Ipswich to London take another 2 weeks ?
3. We have tried to contact you and no one picks up your office phone.
4. We have emailed you and You have given us three different dates for delivery each one contradicting the other.
5. Due to all of the above the conduct of your service makes us a suspicious that this is a scam.

If you genuinely have product to deliver we give you till July 3rd after which will charge back and possibly SUE YOU for consequential DAMAGES for the delays as a result of the SHODDY service we have received.

Ordered a sealed unit online as a replacement for misted bedroom window pane. Ordering was easy, and quick with plenty of options available, and the price was very competitive. Delivery was on time, and quality seems excellent, although only fitted for a few weeks.

Simple ordering, Unit came couple of days early, fitted fine, no fuss.
Delivery was quite long but I was made aware on ordering so not an issue.

The unit arrived all intact and on time, if unannounced and with no extra packaging, which is fine + good for the environment. All the info is on the label, no complaints either about the price. Smile

ordered 4 panels. wait about 2 weeks for their delivery. When the delivery came, the driver told us that, unfortunately, 2 panels were broken. The driver told me that he will communicate with the office to have a replacement. The office never communicated about this, so I then contacted the office and got information that I needed to wait for the next delivery slot, which would be a 2-week delay. Waited 2 weeks, and no delivery has happened yet. Frustrated, I tried to call the number on the website, but unfortunately, I never got through this number, and the voice recorder says all the time: "all operators are busy at the moment, leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can". I left messages, sent emails and never got a reply. Not sure what to do. I got an upset client who cannot rent the flat because he needs an EBC certificate. I'm not sure if I'm going to the factory in person.
