Promised delivery dates were missed
Promised delivery dates were missed, but I was kept informed at all times. Given the long lead time I was also given the opportunity to reconsider the purchase. In the circumstances the delays, though frustrating, were understandable. The communication and customer services was excellent.

They go the extra mile.
The previous owner had taken out the nav card on our new boat. We had already booked a delivery skipper. Sealutions went the extra mile to get a card out next day despite me ordering late, they got it posted and special delivery so that we could leave on time. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, above and beyond.
They patiently dealt with my inability to work out which cable for a depth sounder I required, and then when I ordered the wrong one graciously extended the return period to let me swap it over. All carried out clearly and quickly, much appreciated.
