From placing the order to receiving the order, everything was super smooth. I ordered a shirt from the new menswear collection and the quality and custom fit is something that made me write a review...it exceeded my expectations. And those buttons stand out. What a lovely piece of clothing. Waiting for more!

I ordered a customized dress for an event that required a specific color. When I received the dress, it was poor quality with loose stitching, but most importantly, they sent the completely wrong color of dress.

With the event around the corner, it was too late to receive a replacement dress, so I initiated a refund. Their return policy states they cover return shipping costs, however, this statement proved to be completely misleading. I followed their directions and sent it back exactly how they wanted, and instead of refunding the shipping cost, they issued a gift card for their store. This is completely useless to me because I won't be ordering from them again based on my experience. Now I'm out $70 dollars through no fault of my own.

When I read the reviews, I weighed good and bad and decided to order, trust me, just look elsewhere.

I'm usually a 4X because I'm plus size and busty, and seemsfriendly worked so well for me.

I recived my pinafore dress yesterday and I'm wearing it today, and I already want 10 more 🤣 it's so hard to find pinafore dresses if you're plus size, and this one is so cute and flowy and comfortable!

I can't begin to express how overjoyed I am with my purchase from seams friendly. Every element, from the color to the fabric, the fit, and even the tiniest detail, has been thoughtfuly designed.

You know that wish that we all share - a dress with pockets that doesn't mess up the silhouette? seams friendly has nailed it! The full lining gives such a luxurious feel, and the playful mirror work on the front add that touch of whimsy I absolutely adore. The fit? Like it was tailor made just for me , which it was hehe. and don't even get me started on how easy they are to care for - a brief tumble in a cool dryer when it's almost dry, and voila, you can practically forget about the iron! this dress is a game changer - i love these guys!

Perfection, as always ✅ I asked for a matching belt, and 3/4th sleeves to be added to the dresses, and they did it all - with a smile! Very fast shipping - got it in 6 days!!!

I ordered 4 items, 2 arrived well after the advertised delivery window and the other 2 took a month to arrive. One item was wrong, I had paid extra to have it made in a different colour. I was told I'd be refunded for the return of this item plus postage, they admitted it was their error. I returned the item 3weeks ago and they are now ignoring me, especially as in the mean time one of the other dresses has started falling apart after being worn once, I've requested a refund for this too. Silence form the company. I have written to them repeatedly, and am now down over £100 for two useless dresses (one of which they now have back) and the cost of return postage to India. Stay well away!

I had high hopes as I have good experiences with a similar company. Unfortunately SeamsFriendly did not live up to expectations. The dress that was very poor quality, including a cheap zipper that will not zip-up properly as it's not properly installed at the waist, and obstructed by a seam. If they had used a sturdier zipper, this would not have been a problem. I have requested a return but they will only refund the cost of the basic dress, not the customization. So, I'm left out of pocket even though the item was faulty. I will not be using SeamsFriendly again, and will go back to eShakti, which has given me much higher-quality products.

I have a few clothes from SeamsFriendly now, and they are some of the most worn pieces from my wardrobe. The fitting is so perfect, that I keep wearing them everytime I step out. The fabric feels comfortable to wear in the harsh summer season as well. Really happy with my purchases and will keep going back for more!

I originally received my order on October 4, and the dress measurements were not the ones I sent while ordering the dress. In the pics, you can see that the dress was too big; it looks like they took the size from the rack and did not sew a new one according to my measurements.

After talking to them and convincing them that I didn’t want the dress and to take the dress to a seamstress would cost me more than the dress, they eventually agreed to accept it back.

So, I sent it the first time with the tracking number on October 11, and they received it on October 20.
For some unknown reason, they sent the same item back to me by mistake, and I stupidly agreed to accept it so they won't pay a fine.

I returned the order to them on October 27 with a new tracking number. The order arrived in India on November 7, and nothing happened afterward.

I waited a month, gave up on their response, and contacted PayPal. About an hour later, I received a refund.

They contacted me afterward and said they would refund my shipping costs (18$). 3 months later, and nothing.

I am giving them, a 2-star review because the fabric was ok.
They say there are free returns, but I had to convince them to return it (I don’t like doing it).
It was a nightmare to get a refund, and I never received the shipping fee back.

Why couldn't you send me a message after having a problem with my Paypal account that you eventually refunded my money? When the issue was on your side (Sending the same order twice), you contacted me very quickly. 
Even a small company needs to have good customer service. 
Just a reminder, I still didn't get my shipping fee back from November 22 (Now it's April 23). And thank you, but no thank you, I rather not shop with you again.

Carrying a purse all the time is so annoying, so I was looking for a dress with pockets. That's when I came across this website. And they also had Free Size Customization!!! I had to order - it was perfection!

Not only does my dress have pockets, but it is also the PERFECT fit! Comfy & Soft upon wearing, it is worth the money spent on it. I'm definitely ordering more!!

Bestest clothing company I’ve bought stuff online from. Loved the colors and the fit. The person from the store called me soon as I placed the order to cross check my size and fit. The pockets in all of SeamsFriendly cloths are always an amazing thing to have. Highly recommend buying SeamsFriendly!!

Gorgeous Fabric & Awesome Fit! I was a little skeptical about ordering a custom fit garment online, but I'm so glad I did. I finally have something that fits me exactly right. The fabric is also really pretty - the photos are good on the site but it is even prettier in person!!

The first time I ordered from this webshop, I received a beautiful, great quality dress that I often wear. The second time though, I wasn't so happy about another dress and the top I received didn't fit. Right now, the company completely ignores my return request (2 weeks ago) and I'm left with €77 worth of clothing, not including shipping and €19 import costs (which they didn't mention to me at all. It might have been my fault for not thinking about it, but it's still a lot of money). This company isn't very honest with its return policy, which makes me want to never order from it again. And that's a bummer, since they make great quality and nice looking clothing.

Lovely product, WAY TOO SMALL/SHORT. The company is blaming me for ordering the wrong size. Their responses are VERY slow.

There is NO WAY the jumpsuit I ordered will fit someone 5'7" and taller.

Buyers beware: if you bought it here, it better work out because returns/exchanges are not possible.

I was thrilled with the quality of the clothes - the materials were even lovelier than expected, especially the hand-dyed cloth. I wasn't sure what to expect from this shop, but I'll be a repeat customer. It was worth the wait for shipping to Ireland and it's a reasonable price (for good quality and sustainable / ethical clothing!) even when including customs fees. It can be very difficult to find ethical suppliers of petite-size clothing and the customisation was perfect. I bought three pieces and they're quickly becoming favourites.

Beautiful, high quality dress (can easily be custom tailored to your measurements when you order)

I ordered an a-line dress with straps in pink. Adorable with a tee or an over shirt. Also got two pairs of culottes. All are so comfortable and breathable. All items are well made and nicely finished. That was my first order. I just ordered four more dresses (including two more a-line dresses) yesterday and look forward to receiving them. Am very pleased with Seams Friendly.

They did a great job. It does take time for the clothes to reach you as they make them to order, but it was in a reasonable time frame.
