Will never buy anything from these rude fools again 🤬
I received my order which was the complete wrong colour!!
And even after several emails telling them I’ve received the wrong colour steering wheel cover nobody has replied!
What a rude company do not use🤬

Purchased the rear seat cover for my 2021 Kuga and initially got an email to confirm my order but after that that's where the communication ended. Had to keep logging on to the main website to get updates and after checking again my order said it had shipped 3 days later however the tracking number wasn't recognised on Royal Mails website so I emailed them to get the correct tracking info but even now I've still never received any emails from them regarding this. Once they've had the money there's zero customer service. The seat cover did arrive a fews days later but was shocked to find long threads hanging off the stitching, chalk written on the covers themselves so had to wipe that off otherwise it would of transferred onto my suede seats. Overall the workmanship is disappointing as they do charge premium prices for not quite a premium product. This will be my first and last order from this company sadly.

I have no problem with the ordering or the service provided with the supplier. The main issue lies with the delivery company YODEL they have some serious problems. They left my parcel at a completely different address, on another street, and lied about leaving an advice at my house. I had been waiting in all afternoon so I was aware that they hadn’t called.
In order to improve your profile I seriously suggest you find a more reliable and efficient carrier logistics.

The ordering process was easy to follow and the covers arrived within the promised time(4 days).

I have been looking for ages trying to find good quality and fitting seat covers for my Peugeot 208. Delivery was quick and very easy to install covering the whole of the back of both seat which prevents muddy footprints from the kids. Would definitely recommend as the fit to the car model was perfect.

Material feels strong and robust. Easy to fit and looks neat and tidy. Slightly loose fit on front seats but not a problem. Back seat cover a bit disappointing as I was hoping that it would cover the head rests.

Very disappointed with the covers, not compatible with a BMW X1 as stated in the product description. No velcro opening in the vertical part of the cover, which means that the armrest with drink holders cannot be lowered, rendering it unusable. The very reason I ordered a backseat cover specific to the BMW X1 is because my previous seat cover did not have this feature either. My expectation in ordering one which stated it would be appropriate for this specific car was that it would take the design features of the car (i.e. the armrest) into account, which it doesn't.

The fabric is good, hardwearing on the seat / back and waterproof. The front gusset that wraps around the bottom of the seat feels pretty thin, not sure how long it will last without wearing through. The main issue I have is that this has a double velcro connection to sit under the seat backs. I cannot really find a way for this to stay well enough in place that the seat section doesn't ride forward when used, so you get a gap between seat and back, through which dog hairs, dirt and other stuff can accumulate. Would have been better if left as a single piece rather than 2 separate.

A slight delay in delivery was resolved very quickly, efficiently and without fuss following contact with the customer service team. Great product, very happy with the result.

Good fit for car.. just need to try it out with the dog!

Disgustingly shoddy company with zero customer service
I bought seat covers from this company and they don’t fit! Despite numerous emails and reviews, they STILL have not responded. It’s a disgrace. These were clearly advertised for my BMW 4 series coupe - they arrived and don’t fit at all! The seat cannot accommodate the bottom part (the seats are fixed, and I’m not prepared to ruin the seats by trying to prise them away from the edge) and the top does go anywhere near the headrests, as the straps are far too short. It’s also too short on the back. I wish I had read the reviews before buying, I wouldn’t have bothered. I have sent two emails and heard nothing…this is disgusting that they have taken my money for a shoddy product. I never write a bad review, however this made me really annoyed. I would have given them zero stars if I could. I really don’t know where else to go to complain about this to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, their customer service is diabolical.
