Great customer service, no hassle full refund for a subscription that auto-renewed.

Annoyingly difficult to understand results. Don't bother

I don’t really like this product and have already cancelled to ensure it doesn’t auto-renew next year. I don’t really understand what it brings to my life that I can’t get for free by checking SkyScanner and looking on the BA website. It’s very clunky and doesn’t seem intuitive. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

My younger brother purchased a subscription - which he said was very useful in apparently helping him plan a future trip to Hong Kong :D - without my permission, and it renewed into a full year subscription.

I mailed SeatSpy and they were by far the most professional and considerate business I've dealt with. They refunded me, no questions asked! Such polite people, and when I believe I will use it sufficiently I will definitely be using their service again.

Hopelessly inaccurate
Used to use for BA and VA flights but recently seems to have fallen apart.
Just go to carrier websites instead and save your subscription

I actually have a good experience with customer service and my subscription. I signed up accidentally to annual when I meant to do monthly. I let them know and they refunded my annual fee and I pay monthly which works better for me. They were friendly and the refund was automatic. I would just recommend anyone puts a reminder in to cancel when they sign up with the trial period.

Just used this to site to find tickets to St Lucia and it was amazing, helped save me loads of points and there were so many option on 1 screen - was brill!

Really helpful for finding reward flights and saved me a lot of time! The 12 month overview made it super easy to look for flights and saved me money and time.

Complete scam. Take your money, you get no notifications or information from them. And they roll over your subscription each year without notifying you so unless you check your credit card/bank statements, you'll have no idea you're paying for their service year after year after year. Avoid at all costs.

Signed up for trial and forgot to cancel. They have limited airlines and limited cities that the airlines serve. It is a waste of money as there are better products, such as aero.seats. You can look 60 days out for free and only seeking flights more than 60 days do you have to pay for the premium service.

This is a scam. They will continue to charge your card even though you have cancelled your subscription. you will hear nothing from them, and you can no longer contact them, but they will charge you. don't subscripe you will be sorry.

The guys are total scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Subscription is a scam. They never send you any notifications, alerts, receipts, or invoices. You don’t receive any emails or updates, and they quietly take your money, hoping you won’t notice and will forget about the free trial you signed up for, even if you never used the service. Shame on you, SeatSpy. This is dishonest and unacceptable. Scammers.

You did it last year and I wrote and wrote and this is 365 days later you have charged me again.

I do not want your subscription I just did a trial run in 2023 tried to cancel it but you charged me anyway.

Now this is 2024 you have charged me again !
Please refund both.

Like the previous reviews, they took a payment from me without any notification or service provided. I have used this service once and it wasn’t any good a year ago and they have removed money with no prior warning, deceptive business. Stay Clear!!

As per previous reviewer not only no renewal subscription notice but also not one message from Seatspy relating to the service/seats that would be available. I have asked for my money back since they have not provided any service at all! Absolute waste of money, do not subscribe.
