Seattle STS Town Car Reviews

I have been using STS for over 13 years for both business and personal.

These drivers and the company as a whole are incredibly responsive, accurate and friendly. I even know some of my drivers so well we share stories about our families and children.

I would highly recommend making STS one of your chosen car service providers. They truly are the best in Seattle.

I always use Seattle STS Town Car service for my annual visits. My driver always remembers me from my previous visits. He is always on time, efficient, a good communicator, and makes me feel safe. I keep their business card in my wallet year round.

Was there when we needed them even though our flight was late by an hour. The fee remained the same. The car was well kept clean the driver very professional and the pricing was excellent.

Great drivers, always early, cars are clean - overall extremely happy.

Always dependable, on time and professional.

We always use STS because they are always reliable and professional. We trust them to arrive on time and get us to our destination as requested. We’ve tried using Uber and Lyft, but STS was way more trustworthy.

I had a safe and relaxed drive to the airport. My driver was early and very kind.

Rashid was great! On time and very friendly!!!

Our driver Nico arrived early, was courteous and professional and did everything he could for our comfort and safety. We had a smooth ride to the airport. We recommend STS tow car and are repeat customers. Thank you!

Great driver-very personable! Highly recommend!

Most excellent service as always friendly drivers. Plan to use again and again again

Excellent driver service!
Will definitely use again when I’m back in Seattle

Nico was so pleasant and really tried to alleviate our stress after a significantly delayed flight.

STS, for us was a one-stop resource for our group’s transportation needs. We had four separate trips including a city tour. We were so impressed with the efficiency of this company and the driver that we asked for the initial driver be assigned to us the entire time. “Rhinku”, our driver, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and funny! All of us are senior citizens, with one using a mobility scooter. Picture “the Golden girls” on steroids. We are happy to attest that “Rhinku” is the absolute best “service” person we have ever experienced and recommend STS without reservation. They are affordable, flexible and accommodating. You will not regret choosing STS for you transportation needs in and around Seattle.

Great driver. Very comfortable car

Good communications before pick up, smooth, quick ride, and nice conversation (after I initiated it, which was nice). Thanks very much to my driver, I arrived relaxed.

Perfect Service, On time and communicated on arrival

Reasonably priced. On time pick up and return. Friendly drivers.

Communication was fast and easy. We were being picked up at the airport taken to pier 66 area and had no issue, even when flight was delayed, Driver was personable and car was nice, we would use again when in Seattle.
