Purchased in Dec 2023, worked good for 6 months. Sent an email (no one answers the customer support telephone number) and i did receive a response saying part was out and would be in the next month and they would send, that August 5th. I followed up on September 12, and they responded on September 25 stating my unit was purchased in July 2023. I sent them another screenshot showing my December 2023 purchase and have not received a response to date, October 15.
Battery and power cord replacement
Seautorobots was very helpful in determining what my problem was and how to solve it. Everything was communicated in a timely manner and I appreciated that

Customer Service doesn't exist
Purchased a robot that stopped working, so I contacted the support email. Sent the proof of purchase. They promised to send a replacement after several back and forth emails. It has been nearly 4 months, and now I am receiving no response.
DO NOT BUY SEAUTO
I wish i could leave zero. I bought a robot on Amazon, worked 4 months great, now something is wrong with it, i bought a warranty, made a claim, denied and said under manufacture warranty for 2 years. Now i call, got hung up on, on hold 3x, i emailed 2 times to support, heard nothing. wish i looked reviews up 1st before buying.
Seauto Shark
Bought a Seauto Shark in Dec 2023. It worked great for about 6 months and then it suddenly stopped and says “ issues with IMU”. I contacted customer support and they asked for a video and copy of sales invoice. I sent these items and they said they did not have anymore to replace it. I have heard nothing from them since. They could easily offer to send a different model robot or refund the cost of the Shark. Stay far away from this company, they have little to no customer support and clearly do not stand behind their products. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Now I have to wit to clean my pool until it gets here. Not happy.
Poor Customer Support
I have sent many emails about 'left traction motor failure' and then the Shark totally dying. I have called a dozen times to have my call returned once where 'Ann' stated that I would have an email for the tracking number of my replacement 'within a couple days'; that was a week ago.
I loved my Shark when it worked for the first 4 months, but it has been dead for the last month and their customer service is hiding. Don't waste your money with this company.

this company is fraud . Bought a robot for pool which stopped working in two months . no one in my area fixes china made items . this item was and is u set warranty but this company is playing games now for 6 months saying they don’t have another one ! so send me a different one ! hoping after amazon does their investigation they will be banned from selling .

This pool robot is awesome
This pool robot is awesome! It does what it says can do!. When I empty the basket from the robot I'm amazed at what it picks up. Definitely a good purchase!
