I had trouble getting everything arranged, and communication wasn't as clear as I had hoped. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Needed a vendor to get some of our employees through the SB 1626 security courses, no runaround, just results. Shot them an email, had everything set up in about 20 minutes flat ldidn't have to chase anybody down for it either. Staff got through the courses, certificates came through promptly. That's really all you can ask for.

Used this course to satisfy the SB 1626 requirement for my employer (school district). Everything was handled online with no in-person component needed, and I finished the whole thing in less than two hours. Efficient option if you just need to check the box for a work requirement.

Had to knock this out for the SB 1626 requirement, work mandate through my school district. No frills, no commute, no wasting a whole afternoon on it logged in, got it done in under two hours, logged off. Wasn't looking for bells and whistles, just needed it handled, and it handled it.

i have completed my course and sent all the papers i needed to but i still haven't received my certificate and getting in contact with them has been a fail. They emailed me and said they will not give me my certification because I wrote a bad review on here and they threatened to sue me because I expressed my experience with them. Very unsatisfactory.

Scam!!! Paid the $79.95 no email receipt, no log in info to start course. Found many reviews saying the same scam. No reply to their contact page. Found a phone number on Yahoo local (714) 367-6193 recording saying Sebrin University but to go on website to the contact page. Having my bank do a stop payment due to fraud.

I was going to get the SB-1626 course which is required to apply for a job. I Did the 2 hour course which should have been 24 and then they asked me to pay for the certificate, I did so against every grain in my body and they never delivered it. then when I reached out to them to ask for assistance they did not answer, until I sent them an email saying I was going to file a case of fraud. I went to my credit card company and asked them to refund me. and SEBRON respoonded with
"This is a notice that a LEGAL DISPUTE exists between you and SEBRON UNIVERSITY regarding a fraudulent chargeback/dispute you have filed.

YOU COULD BE SUED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE TO RECOVER LEGAL FEES AND DAMAGES - YOUR PROPERTY AND WAGES WILL BE LIENED AND GARNISHED IN CASE OF A JUDGMENT

Please do not disregard this notice. A demand is hereby made that you contact us within 24 hours to resolve this dispute.

Your actions constitute FRAUD under California law."

So disappointed, DO NOT USE THEM,

*UPDATE* it has been quite some time even after their reply, I still have NOT received a certificate, I ended up paying another fee to take the class elsewhere. And because of their delay I lost the job opportunity.

scam website. Never received the link. Contacted them through a contact form. They didn't respond. finally get an email from a yahoo.com email address so not a legit business email address, Saying they don't give refunds and they sent the link. I checked, nothing. They lied. I was also told if I had my bank reverse the charge and refund me, it would be handed over to collections. Talk about a threat! DEFINITELY A SCAM! I already passed through another company! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I payed for the hour certificate and its been 4 hours alredy no cert they said they were working on mine and i havent gotten a response back .. also no phone number so there hard to contact . Overall a kinnda sketchy experience

Very informative course, can get it done at your own time and receive your certificate in a timely manner as well, would definitely recommend!

Took an SB 1626 class that was required by my employer. Well designed website and course, would recommend.

Their RCFE admin practice test is low priced and easy to use. I wouldn't have passed the CA RCFE admin cert without this class. Highly recommended to use as an aid in passing that difficult exam!
