So I had my appointment Saturday with
Dr Taran Rai and straight away I felt at ease, she sat and listened to everything I was concerned with and offered an opinion and what would work best for me, I had Botox for the first time and was very nervous but made the experience easy and painless, it’s been 4 days and I’m liking my results I have already rebooked for my next appointment.

Just had my first skin consultation with Dr. Humaira.
I loved the questions about my expectations and what I wanted to achieve.
Factors affecting any treatment considerations were thoroughly discussed and addressed.
I feel so comfortable and at ease with S.A professionals.
I love how my skin plan and any future treatments will support each other long term to strengthen the fascia or scaff matrix of my skin which will enhance any future treatments.
I’m super excited.
Appreciated how a cost benefit analysis as well as skin analysis was offered to ensure long term are viability and worth of treatments.
Weight loss, mass loss ans how it affects the structure of the face and realistic outcomes were discussed as well as the potential of undesired results.
Just a friendly helpful chat with a professional Dr. No pressure.
I would highly recommend every partner gift their loved one a Secret Aesthetic consultation as a gift experience.

Another great experience, this time undergoing Botox and polynucleotide injections with Dr.Taran.

The professionalism, facilities, qualifications, transparency and ethical standards make Secret Aesthetics the only place I will go for Botox, filler or other cosmetic treatments.

I have been to Secret Aesthetics several times and no matter who you book your treatment with the service and results are super efficient and consultation is nothing but true honest one.

Wow! What can I say. I had the absolute pleasure of a wonderful consultation with Tara this evening and she was wonderful - a true professional and very caring and sweet. She knows her stuff about skincare and was so thorough during my consultation that I didn’t need to ask any questions, only “when can I have my treatment?!”. The lovely Louise on reception was also really lovely and asked me if I would like to wait in the relaxation room when she heard I’d had a long journey to the clinic, bless her and brought me a lovely Diet Coke. I would just like to say from the first consultation to the continuous treatment I have been having the environment has been very welcoming and inviting. I feel comfortable to ask any question and the staff constantly try to tailor the experience directly to you and do check in to see how you are progressing.

I went to Secret Aesthetics to have my lip filler dissolved and as I was there Dr Zoya said she will always look at her clients skin profile as she is a specialist skin doctor. The information this lady has told me about what my skin and what it needs is incredible. I thought fillers and Botox is the answer to a younger appearance but we discussed BBL and micro needling to improve collagen and this is something I have never considered. She also explained the importance of using SPF and skincare to suit my skin and sent me a tailored schedule with all her recommendations. I will 100% be back for the BBL next and she also said it was time to dissolve my cheek filler (done elsewhere) Her honesty and professionalism has not even made me question it and I’ll be back for that too. I went in for lip filler dissolving which I’m really happy with but I got so much more out of visiting this clinic than I could have imagined. Thanks so much you are wonderful.

I had a consultation with Dr Humaira, received a text one hour before the consultation from Dr Humaira asking to cancel and rearrange. I then was texted with a notification that I would get a call within 30 mins. Then nothing, waited all day. Complete waste of time.

I had booked in for a skincare consultation with Dr Zoya, I can honestly say it was one of the most thorough consultations I’ve had. Dr Zoya is very knowledgeable in her field and is passionate about skincare, she analysed my skin and explained the issues I have and suggested products that may help and some in clinic treatments.
I didn’t feel rushed or any pressure to purchase any products or services
I received a comprehensive skin care plan by email, what I liked was everything was itemised and you can pick and choose any items to purchase, also the steps in which to use the products Am/Pm.
Dr Zoya is a lovely warm welcoming lady I felt completely at ease, the clinic is beautiful and very relaxing, reception staff also very warm and welcoming.
Overall a very positive informative consultation, look forward to starting my treatments.
