Great experience!
I spoke with Ashleigh to explain what I was looking for with my insurance, and she delivered exactly what I needed. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all aspects of my policy and exactly what I was getting for my money.
I normally procrastinate when it comes to sorting out insurance, but there really is no need when it’s made this easy. One phone call was all it took, and I felt confident and reassured that I had the right cover in place.
Ashleigh was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process so straightforward. The policy was within my budget too.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashleigh. thank you for making something I usually put off so easy.

Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry that you were left feeling that we hadn’t followed up as promised.
We did try to contact you twice following your initial conversation, but unfortunately we weren’t able to reach you. It may simply be that you didn’t recognise the number when we called, which we completely understand.
Please contact us directly, or we’d be happy to arrange another convenient time to call.
Kind regards,
Secure For Life
