I've had a really good experience thus far. The only thing that I didn't like was after passing phase 2, they sent out an email with the log in information for my funded account and all the way at the bottom was the instructions for me to submit my ID for verification. I was not sent the link for me to verify myself until after I reached out. I feel as though this part should have been communicated better because had I not gone back and reread the email, I would've been sitting waiting for it to be sent to me. Overall though, my experience was great. I reached out via email for help and Howard, Fin, Hasnain and Frankline were REALLY helpful. My emails were answered in a timely fashion and I was able to get verified. Excited to start trading. Will be leaving another review about the payout process. Very pleased customer.

Purchased a 10k challenge on the 25th…
Purchased a 10k challenge on the 25th of July with my hard earned cash. For some reason Order #14577 was cancelled and the funds were suppose to be reversed back to my credit card but that didn't happen. STB cannot assist in retrieving the funds and the bank cannot assist either... I'm stuck :(

I like Secure the Bag overall but I did not enter into a position and my account failed. I was under the impression that my time did not start until my first trade was entered but maybe I was mistaken. I do intend on trying again with Secure the Bag.

So far a really good experience. Great customer service. Fairly easy challenge. Phase 1 I have to be a little more aggressive, which is a good test in itself to see just how strong your risk management and system work to their limit.

STB Challenge = Better Trader
This challenge has made me a better trader by enforcing risk management and proper use of psychology. How can I be so sure ? This was my 5th attempt! I was able to find a comfortable lot size and pass the challenge by focusing on a daily goal. This propfirm is the worst. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who is looking to trade... This company is "Money Grabbing " from hardworking people like you and myself. I only join this propfirm because of "Swaggy C" but I realized there's a lot of greedy people behind the team . I hope one day Swaggy C can branched off from these greedy people. The breached my account without notice. In phase 2 you have 100 days instead of the 65 days. They stated it's for new people. Any change within the company should have been across the board . And if not there should be a message alert to all a client's when there's a major change to the parameter of the business. Just like youYou can't have one thing on the website and make up stories. This company provide poor customer service, they literally don't care about their customer, No resolution. I'll continue my journey with FTMO.....FTMO is more reliable, legit, unlimited trading days, customer service is top-notch. Hopefully Swaggy C , in the future start is own propfirm I'll be there to support him. I am waiting to hear the lies they are going to post under my comment but I have already created a video and images of their website and my account and everything to show the public on YouTube . This company won't stay in business for too long. Guaranteed!!
