Fantastic service from consultation and a choice of options to meet my needs to the installation and configuration of the cameras by Marian and Daniel- awesome guys, very professional and respectful of my property and quick!
I purposefully waited until I observed my 4 camera's at night to check clarity before writing this review - the visual is amazing and I am very happy indeed and as a bonus I finally got to see a couple fox cubs playing in the garden before now I could only hear them, I'm sure their Mum was close by!

Very friendly from start to finish. Michael in sales was helpful, knowledgable and gave us great confidence in the company. James, who installed the system, was terrific and clearly an expert in the field. It was installed with minimum disruption and in record time. After being told an engineer would come round to dim lights on my cameras,I agreed to 2 different appointments which no engineer turned up, when i complained they blamed me for not responding which I did twice that’s why I had to confirmed appointments. Now yesterday I sent them a text message letting them know my cameras have kept going off line for over three weeks and I need help but as expected no one has responded,the cameras are only about 4 or 5 months old.

We recently moved to our new built detached home in Persimmons Laneside development Morley and were exploring home security options. Whilst we explored Verisure and Simplisafe options, they had the following flaws. 1) Verisure primarily offered limited outdoor cameras and coverage, what’s the point in having indoor cameras on intrusion when you need outdoor cameras for prevention of intrusion.
2) Simplisafe offrered DIY systems but we have to pay a monthly fee for recordings so you are under a bond.

Both the above Sevices had a monthly subscription and as soon as you stop them, the devices are of no use. Also wireless cameras need frequent battery change which is a hassle.

Hence we decided to go with Securico. Michael was extremely clear on the security needs and helped us with various options. We installed high definition HIKVISION CCTVs to cover the entire home along with a video bell (5 in all). The cost is one time and you are not bound into any monthly subscriptions. The equipment and recordings are yours to share with authorities. Also motion sensing and intrusion alarms add to the security. The cameras are wide vision with excellent clarity day as well as night vision. This gives us peace of mind and can be monitored for anywhere in the world !! I had an issue with the CCTV box which was driving me mad. Raj from Securico was amazing. Very mannerful, helpful and knew exactly how to sort it out. Recommend Securico and cannot have enough positive things to say about them. AWESOME COMPANY.

Do not ever use this company, they are a scam, so unprofessional, I paid them for less then 2 months my camera keeps going offline, when i call them they treat you rubbish specially LUCK and RENA they are liers I'm taking them to the court for this, the other reviews must be fake, I strongly don't recommend thoe sscamers.

One aspect that stands out above all else with our personal experience of Securico is our interactions with Craig.
Securico CCTV designed and installed systems for our 17th Century property when we first moved in.
Whilst we have experienced a number of technical issues, mainly due to the age and construction of the property which has very thick interior walls and lots of smaller rooms, the constant throughout has been Craig’s willingness to own and resolve these issues and provide a standard of service that has consistently exceeded our expectations.
Craig has worked hard both remotely and on site to identify and rectify the teething issues, and his product and technical knowledge has been hugely beneficial.

Craig has always provided a friendly, helpful service and alleviated a lot of the stresses that come with buying and maintaining an older property, by ensuring that he provided personal ownership of problems and requests related to the Securico installed systems. There have been moments of frustration for us with the system, but Craig’s ownership of the issues, willingness to help seemingly at all hours, and the confidence that his expertise has returned back to us, has ensured that we are happy to recommend Securico CCTV’s services and products. These are the types of products that you need to be able to rely on, yet hope you never need, and it is vital that as a consumer you feel confident in their serviceability and value…the common denominator for us having this confidence has always been Craig.

Securico was professional from start to finish I had a single camera cctv system fitted to my house. I spoke with Michael originally and he didn't try to give me the hard sell he just answered all my questions no matter how trivial they may of sounded.
They booked me in for the Installation within 2 weeks on a day that suited me I had a phone call the day of installation to advise me the fitters were on their way.
The installers were very polite and knowledgeable and worked in a very clean and respectful manner.
I'm very impressed with the clarity of picture from the Hik vision system and was well worth paying a little bit more to have the colour at night.
I would definitely recommend Securico in the future.

I have been a Securico customer for a few years now. Recently moved house and had CCTV installed. As usual received a five star, brilliant high quality service. Camera pics are superb quality and crystal clear. Absolutely delighted with the CCTV system. Michael, Rob, Alex, Lewis and other staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am definitely a loyal Securico customer for life. Great value for money. I would highly recommend Securico.

This company failed to install the camaras where I want them to be installed, simply because they didn’t have ladders that were long enough for the job. I was told that Hikvision does not do cameras with built in mic in colures other than white. That was misinformation as Hikvision does do them. The marketing guy is such a liar who will say/ do anything just to win the job and just to use their existing stock. I had to stop the job going ahead and ask them for a refund because I noticed this guy is not genuine. I used a different company who professionally installed 8 camaras for me. Also I don’t think all these positive reviews here are genuine.

Initially the cameras were put way to high on my house, after contacting Serurico, they sent out a different installer that moved the cameras and talked me through everything they were going to do. The installer that moved my cameras was very polite, didn't rush the job, knew exactly what he was doing and offered me great advice about the best position of the cameras. Thanks very much guys.

The technician was fantastic sorted out the problem quickly

We talked through the installation, the technicians were very helpful. The work was completed in a professional way and they helped set up the app. The sales people were excellent.
